It took a while to place my order and be acknowledged and then it took even longer to receive my order, and on top of that, I asked for no pickles on my burgers and all of them had pickles. I asked for cheese on three ? of my burgers and was charged and none of them had cheese. Sooo there you have it, that's my experience with you guy's
Every time I drive by this place most of the lights are off and there are only 2 people working and looks like it is struggling to stay in business. I get DoorDash orders for this place time after time and I declined them because I do not want to waste my time and gas waiting in the drive-through.
It was horrible! Went to the drive-thru and had to return order for a fresh order. The food was cold and old. The remake wasn't very good either.

This white castle satisfied a craving that no other burger place could satisfy. I was also informed by my father-in-law that this particular white castle was exceptionnally clean.

I just left there about 8p.m tonight me an my wife and kids stopped there so that they can eat an we sat in line withe no cars for 10 min an received cold food didn't notice until we got on 75 north.. my wife called to complain to manger about her. Food an his response was (We definitely Made that food hot).. crazy thing is the only thing that was hot was her cheese sticks .. crazy.. u are not a five star restaurant with a chef it's not hard to drop fresh food way is 3 mins when u are already in line waiting 10 lol make it make sense
Horrible service 45 minutes to even order and the lead person ( Manager ? ) says if you don’t like it you can leave because they are one employee short. Then when we finally get the order it was wrong and just decided it wasn’t worth time it may have taken to correct the order. If it weren’t for my son I would have left 10 minutes into the visit. But my son begged me not to leave.
Last stop on the way home from a guys trip isn't complete without some white castle. The wait edged on 5 minutes for a 30 pack, but it was early afternoon and they were fresh and hot, so a good trade off. Staff were efficient, but polite.
