Went to get a late night meal before bed both meals were cold and they got my drink wrong called to try to get a credit manager was rude and told me he only lets people come pick up new food so u want me to go out my way to pick up some food that should've been done right the first time and drive twice when it's already late I won't be back go to the other Wendy's down the street.
We arrived at this restaurant shortly after 11 pm going thru the drive thru . The food was hot and very good. The manager on duty was very courtesy and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and I called the restaurant the next day and let them know about the service and turns out he was the General Manager working the evening shift . I will return to this restaurant and pleased with are service we had. Thank You
My last 3 experiences have been awful.... One night just waiting for my food it took 40 mins. The mansger was RUDE & the food was WRONG. NOT SURE what happened here, he thr proceeds to curse out the staff & telling them its their fault, but I guarantee it was not they were NEW. We called the next day & was advised to make the complaint with corporate. The looking at receipt, gave a refund on the wrong meal?
Took a little longer than normal. Hope they are able to hire more employees
Worst experience ever. They hold me on drive thru for complete 20 mins. And I had no choice to leave because they were kept saying “hold for a min” to me. I never stayed on a drive thru for ordering that long
They really need a new management this is why the boss Run he threat people, employees I wish no one will do business with grimy people..
I ordered a taco salad. The chili container was filled with liquid, two pieces of meat and 10 beans. While it was lunch hour, there was no drive-thru line, and only 2 cars in the entire parking lot. If you don't have the proper food supply to give out, let people know that so they can order other things, instead of wasting money.
This location has really gone down hill. It gets worse every time. The line was super long, which would lead you to believe you're going to get fresh hot food...nope. my fries, burger , and nuggets all cold. On top of that the girl running the window is extremely disorganized. Last time I came here I had food poisoning. Figured I'd try it again bc I was in a rush...hopefully this time will be different
I was at the drive through where at the speaker took 5-7 mins to take my order then after my order was taken I go to the first window, where the kid leaves the window to go help his co worker with trash, I thought customers came first, not to mention we are waited at the first window for a while then we went to the second window to pay where by the same kid was not acknowledge or even spoken to I didn’t get a receipt or get a greeting, when i called to speak to manager Ron he said “I’ll address the concerns with my team” and Rudely snapped they were short staffed and if I wanted to better my experience I could apply or have my friends apply, I understand being short staffed but your employees need to prioritize customers over trash. I was only then rude as he was rude to me. And kept talking over me as I was trying to speak This is not okay I am a manger and was short staffed at one point, but there is Better ways to settle things rather then attitudes all around do not recommend this place. If you wanna spend half your day their go for it
