This Wendy’s lies about their “system being down” to avoid taking orders. When I told them that I’d wait for it to come back up, because it’s the only thing that my terminal aunt wanted, it magically was back up within a minute. I went through on the way back to get another family member some food and now they weren’t taking orders because they’re too short staffed. Why are you even open then? Note that there were 2 cars in the drive thru that had already placed orders. Not busy at all though. I don’t get it.
I stopped at this Wendy's tonight, 4/28/2022 about 6:30-7:00pm and it's the LAST time I will ever buy food there! There was 1 car ahead of us with no one behind us, after the 1st car put in thier order we were asked to wait a min., I sit there & sit there, and I'm now thinking they forgot we were waiting but she finally takes our order. I get home from working 10hrs I'm starving and the fries were cold, the meat on the burger was cold & the bun was not fresh at all!!! So I got to eat about 2 bites and I couldn't even finish it because it was that bad!! Spent $18 & some change on food that I know had to of been sitting there for a long time!! Way to go whoever was "working" tonight, you are HORRIBLE AT YOUR JOB!!!!! I didn't even want to give you 1 star but it won't let me do a review with zero stars, and that's what we both rated your nasty cold food, ZERO STARS...
Literally always something with this Wendy's. They're always randomly not taking orders or the system is down. But if you have a mobile order it's perfectly fine. Just a bunch of lazy employees is what it is.
Spicy chick sandwiches were dry and lukewarm. Drinks were low on syrup. Bad experience along with slow service.
Hilarious lady at the drive thru took my order and after I had a rough day at work she single-handedly made my day cause she was so kind. Happened at 7pm on 4/3 food was delicious too
Monday afternoon, 1:30. Dining room was locked. Nobody answered the phone. Yes there's a labor shortage - figure it out or lose business.
Just arrived into town from Michigan and we were dreading fast food cause of bad experiences but we still pulled into Wendy's and it was the decision we could've made . Our sandwiches were perfectly made, the veggies were fresh, and they definitely weren't stingy. Fries were fresh and crisp and we appreciated nothing missing out of our $100 order.
This place needs a serious overhaul on their system. Seems like every time that we used to go there it was always down. Used to is because the store manager used some very rude and vulgar language towards my wife on an order that was sent wrong through DoorDash even when corporate said Wendy's was in the wrong. Now the delivery person is out of money. We will NEVER use your store again ! No wonder people don't want to work there. Put up a proper store manager, get corporate to step up and in their and maybe things will be better. Until then you can forget about us being customers!!
This location is quick and never gets my order wrong, although the lunch lines are long.
Pick a different place. I love Wendy’s but this one was not great. Ordered our food through the drive through and my sister-in-laws chicken nuggets weren’t cooked all the way the people that were working were goofing off while making the food and the order was messed up. I definitely will not be going back to this Wendy’s any time soon.
