This place is absolutely horrible. The manager was working the prep line and was the rudest and laziest employee I have ever come into contact with! It took 43 minutes to get my carryout order which consisted of a bigge bag and single. It was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! The manager was standing around gossiping with another worker while 2 othet employees were running around trying to manage both the drive through and front counter. She was even so brazen as to say, "I'm going out to my car for a break" and she went out to her car and left the other employees stranded. There was a gentleman there working as well and he too was over whelmed. After my order had been placed and paid for, I had to repeat it to the manager 3 times because she was complaining about not seeing the orders on her screen.I will not return to this Wendy's ever again due to the poor management!!
I got 3 meals, everything was good.
Very expensive and the meal was horrible quality for a $12 meal. Would have preferred McDonald's it was that bad. Staff was nice and place was clean, just food was very disappointing.
I got here around 9:35 the past week and tried to order and apparently they are closed. It’s really stupid the website says 10. Very unreliable location
Staff was very pleasant. Service was a little slow through the drive thru, but that is to be expected with staff shortages.
One of the worst Wendy’s I think I’ve ever been too. The staff is extremely rude and it seems like they do not want to help you at all. The food I received was freezing cold and the burger was over cooked. Absolutely disgusting. The service is so slow and you would think with how slow it is you would get hot and fresh food. But that is completely false. This location quite honestly needs to be shut down. Please for the love of everything do not go to this Wendy’s, I know there’s gotta be better ones out there.
Don’t bother going in the evening. It’s terrible. Day shift is 5/5. The day manager is the best. Love her!
This Wendy's has the laziest, worst workers. I am all for paying a high wage to workers that have the worth but these workers constantly show they are worth less than minimum wage. This locations' reviews are awful, who in the world owns this franchise? What a poor poor business owner. So poor it trickles down to their awful employees. I will never ever be back to this location, if they dont care about their own business do you really want to put something in your mouth that came from this "business" BEWARE!
Food was good but the fries were extremely salty. Would go again!
