I used to LOVE stopping here after shopping next door at Carters, but tonight I was shocked by how rude the management was.My Mom and I dined in tonight, and our food was fantastic. My husband had company over so I placed a carryout order midway through our meal. The restaurant became pretty busy, so after about 25 minutes I inquired about the status of my order. They didn't have my ticket (either my order was given to someone else or ticket lost), but they told me they would remake it. Totally fine, not a big deal! They quickly remade my order, and I left without checking the bags.When I got home, my husband noticed there was a burger and an order of fries missing from our order. We live about 5 minutes from the restaurant, so I figured I would just call and let them know what had happened ahead of time so my other items would be ready when I drove back.I called, and the manager on the phone promptly told me his team had witnessed them pack the order correctly. I told him what we were missing, and he said he would not refund me or make the items that were missing. Basically insinuating that we were stealing a burger and an order of fries! I asked if I could speak to his supervisor, and he refused and told me to have a nice day. I've never been accused of stealing anything, and it's really a shame that the management would treat their customers like this. I used to love coming here, but my family and friends will not be coming back!

Took the family to Wayback burger. The entire experience was great. We got a burger, chicken tenders, and shakes. The service couldn’t have been better. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Price was good too. Highly recommend.

We ordered take out as our first experience here. After taking the food home, we discovered badly burnt chicken tenders and chicken sandwich to the point of charcoal. It also tasted very bland with almost no flavor to speak of. The breading for the pickle chips was soft, very oily, and was either stuck to the paper they were wrapped in or just slid off completely. The burgers were not much better. They looked very sloppy with toppings sliding off in the package. A Wendy's burger would also have more flavor than these did. We were very disappointed.
Took about 30 minutes for our order, wouldn't say it was super busy or anything so a little annoying. One of our burgers came with mold on the bun, they replaced it but kind of expect that to not happen. Another of our burgers didn't have everything requested on it.Other than that the food itself is good, and the shake we had was great.
Wayback has some of the BEST burgers in town...cooked fresh right in front of you! We also LOVE their onion rings! The service is friendly and staff is very accommodating! We especially appreciate managers, Sam and her friendly, helpful attitude!! We may have eaten 1 or 2 of the beautiful onion rings before snapping the pic. ? I recommend you try this place out of you're in the area. ?
I should have walked out when one of the employees gave me a dirty look over my thin blue line shirt, but everyone is entitled to their opinion and my husband's employee said the food was good.The lady taking orders was nice enough and also the only one wearing a hair net. For what we paid, I thought the food would be much better. My daughter's chicken tenders were burnt, tasted like Meijer brand and old grease. She dumped her drink cup when a big piece of dark blue-green slime came out with the ice. I will not be back.I usually don't write reviews so me leaving this one should really say something...
First time trying this place. I can’t say enough great things. Best cheesesteak I’ve had in 5 years. Check it out!
If we could give this place 10 stars , I would! Our family ate here after church because we seen a Cincy Saver coupon . We were surprised to hear they’ve been here for 2 years. The owner was very informative and nice.The food was AMAZING!!!!! Great food, Great service!
