Our party of three were immediately seated upon arrival during dinner hours.The menu contains many offerings, and we weren't pressured to order quickly. The Thai iced tea tasted good, unusual in its half-and-half component rather than coconut milk. My ginger curry arrived in good time and piping hot, with white rice on the side. The service was attentive and relaxed. If I had to offer a suggestion to the management, it would be to choose other background music. What played then on loop sounded like main menu music to a preschool game. All in all, worth a return visit.

If this is your first time going here proceed with caution. The food wasn’t cooked completely done and it only took one bit to find that out. I didn’t want anything else. The egg rolls and sweet tea was amazing though. I expected that since it was my first time and the food wasn’t cooked well I would be refunded my money. Nope she told me that it wasn’t an error on their end. It was the food wasn’t done! She pointed to a sign in front of store that I guess says this. Maybe you should put at sign on every table because I sure wouldn’t of given you all my business. They also charged my food on my sisters card and didn’t show any compassion about that either.I definitely not looking for a handout but this was ridiculous. Stay away !
Excellent ! My favorite is crab fried rice and sushi. Next time I will try some curry .
As a WC resident I was hoping this place would be great as all of the good Thai restaurants are in Hyde Park area. Pad Thai and curry 3* but portion size reduced my rating to 2*. I would normally say I would give it another try, but too pricey for kid sized portions. I get taste is subjective but portion size, c'mon.
A little disappointed in the sushi that I received. I stopped in today and I ordered the Sunday Morning Roll along with the fish cakes and egg rolls. My Sunday Morning Roll was burnt and hard; felt as if I would lose a tooth. The egg rolls could’ve been more flavorful but they weren’t bad. The staff was very friendly, and the serving sizes are great! Hoping to try again soon with better quality sushi.

I’m from Bangkok and this is my first time today. I can tell this is the best Thai food ever.Thank you so much for the super delicious food and great service
I have been to Udon twice now and I absolutely love the food and atmosphere. It is cozy and quaint-- nicely decorated with a few tables for dine in. The food is delicious! My favorite is the pad see ew with tofu. My daughter loved the futomaki roll. I highly recommend the mango sticky rice for dessert. The portions are very generous and you can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation. The staff is very kind and helpful. Tonight I came in with my young kids and they noticed my daughter liked the pickled ginger that came with her sushi, so they brought her more without us asking. She was very excited and I was very touched by the extra thoughtfulness. This is a shop that clearly has a lot of heart and has wonderful food. We will be back the next time we are in West Chester!
