Our waitress was awesome! We both got the Thursday special - meatball hoagie with chips. We also got side orders of onion rings and charbroiled mushrooms - delicious!! We also ordered a brownie with ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. I'm so glad we split it because it was rather large. Everything was hot and tasted so good!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! We will definitely go back!!
My husband is from Indiana and has been looking all over Ohio for a decent pork tenderloin. Well this place has it! Not only is it bigger than the plate (as I was informed was the standard) but it also tasted amazing. The prices for everything were very reasonable.We were also pleasantly surprised that they offered bourbon flights and had such a large selection, I know we will be back to try more.What started out as a small friendly bar and restaurant, now is a large restaurant with two bars (both inside and out). They have a sand volleyball court, large outside seating, large inside seating, and a massive parking lot. Definitely will be back.
We usually have anywhere from 10 to 15 friends go out to dinner on Wednesday nights. This place has always been a great place to eat and enjoy the company. They have a wonderful menu and very friendly staff. They always have a place ready for us to sit together. If you're looking for a great place to get together, I will recommend it. They have an outside dining area and a sand Volleyball court. It's usually always busy, but we've never had a problem getting in.
I eat all over the country so this is an honest assessment of my experience. It was a decent scenery. I ate on the patio. I did not like the fact that you have to goto the bar to order your food or that there was limited table service because I was outside. Food was ok for the price. Drinks were priced accordingly. Could have been 4 stars even with the over cooked chicken. The service was the difference.
The food was ok, but the overall experience isn't worth a repeat visit. The menu is your basic Applebee's type with burgers, sandwiches, and other dinner plates. I felt like I ate a brick after my meal though.The service was pretty bad, maybe they don't pay the staff enough or something but it was like I was really inconveniencing the server but existing. They were borderline rude and really gave off an "over worked and under paid" vibe.A lot of people seemed to like this place, so who knows, your experience might be different. Mine was pretty lousy though.
This restaurant had a very nice unique vibe to it. I loved the ambience. The service was absolutely amazing. I had the stuffed fish. I absolutely loved it. The prices at this place are extremely reasonable. They have a lot of outdoor seating as well although the weather did not permit for us. I definitely recommend giving this place a shot. It was fun.
Another one of those we love it local bars. In summer, the outside area is a blast. A bar and lots of seating, plenty entertaining. Inside is a little dark, but comfy. Solid food selection, the brisket sandwich is great. Cold beer, GREAT bourbon selection. Owner is super knowledgeable on the juice, ask him anything. Pours are not stingy. Staff is friendly and fast. Convenient in and out, good location and lots of parking. Recommended!
Great atmosphere. Killer food. Feels like you’re outside at a beach bar in Florida, minus the beach. A friend recommended I order their ribs - and was surprised they were fall off the bone good.They have an indoor restaurant and additional outdoor space with tables and separate bar area and lots of yard games, such as Cornhole. Famil-friendly bar and grill.
I am so impressed by the level of professionalism and quality customer service this place gives! The food is also quite good. The Manger Mike, Asst Mgr Nick, and a server Alli were so very accommodating for our large party event. They overdelivered ! I will be patronizing this place more often and I’ll be recommending it to friends and colleagues as well!
Worst service we have ever had in our lives. We ordered two appetizers that were inedible! Chicken wings were under cooked. The deviled eggs tasted like yolk mixed with plain mustard. (We inquired with the server before ordering the eggs and she assured us they were prepared with pickle relish and seasoned with paprika. This was untrue)The spinach salad had very little dressing on a huge bowl of spinach. Our other entree was cod strips and fries. Both were cold and stale tasting . The only item we have no complaints about is the French onion soup. While we dined we were never offered a refill on our beverages. WATER and lemonade?!! Water?!? Our server didn’t visit the table other than to ask did we want her to take the plates away from the table , she didn’t ask was there anything we needed or did we want anything else !!!! .. we were shocked so we said yes, bring the check , waiting for her to ask what was wrong and why we hadn’t eaten the food at all ? She never asked and then left the bill on the table for an additional 15 mins as she served other tables. She finally came to retrieve the check and payment and processed it. NEVER OFFERED AN APOLOGY MUCH LESS ANY OF THE FOOD COMPED!? Horrible experience completely! In my lifetime I’ve never left an establishment without tipping at least something. But we couldn’t justify tipping for bad food and worse service!!!!!
