Employees are nice but management is terrible. More times than not they are out of ingredients and can't make what I want. They also are short staffed to the extreme. Last time I was there I was told they are only doing online orders and door dash, so if I wanted anything I needed to order online (I was in the drive through, with money, ready to order); but that would be an additional 30 minutes to an hour (plus upcharge).

Just picked up a DoorDash order from this Taco Bell location on Tylersville rd and the customer requested that I ask the store if they could spare a cup of water which wasn’t on the order…I did n the result was shocking and sickening…the young lady at d window was incredibly mean n rude over a cup of water in this heat I didn’t see that coming…’oh I’m sorry but we sell water at this location’ would’ve been nice…instead it was ‘hand me your phone!’ ‘Where did he say that!?’ ‘I’m not doing it!’ all at once without even giving me the opportunity to let her know the customer was actually on d phone with me! It actually costs nothing to be kind and even when u can’t b helpful it’s ok to be polite really…just sad that this is the kind of world we live in today…still can’t believe that experience…but hey…it’s what it is. I must add tho that the lady at this location at night who’s usually the one I see doing everything is an Angel…she’s kind and sweet under immense pressure most times…just has to add that n I’d give 10stars for that lady if I could

Just went through the drive through at 12:28am 6/12 & the lady said “sorry were closed,” even though there were 2 cars in the drive through in front of us that had just ordered. Please update your hours if you’re not gonna be open. This was a waste of gas (& that’s not cheap right now). I’ll be calling GM in morning.Have always had good experiences during the day. But I’ve heard rumors about this little lady lying about closing times so she doesn’t have to work. Hopefully she finds a different job soon.

If you plan to go here at night, plan to gamble on whether they're even open or not. At around 11p onward I'd say it's about 50% whether they are open. They leave all the lights on and either don't answer the intercom or tell you they're closed. One time they told me to come back in a half hour. Sometimes you get stuck behind someone that was allowed to order when this happens and then you have to wait for 20 minutes to leave. I would honestly pay money to see this place shut down just because they give all other businesses a bad name.

The blue haired girl. She is the one who offers no service or effort. If you see a blue SUV parked next to the front entrance, save your time and money. Today was the last straw. Today I asked for a breakfast Crunchwrap meal. She said what drink you want. I politely asked what breakfast drinks they have. She responded “read the menu! it’s on the menu.To add some context, The week before I asked if they have coffee and the same blue haired lady said “I don’t know nothin’ bout that”.Yum brands, or franchise owner, if you are reading this please make a change. You are losing business. I know that the labor market is tough right now but you can do better than this. She doesn’t care. If I’m having this much trouble with her I can only imagine what you deal with on a daily basis. Cut your losses while your location reputation is still intact. If you would like to speak with me, my information was entered and submitted as a formal complaint on the Taco Bell website related to this location after last weeks incident.

The lady that works night shift in drive thru with glasses is very nice and understanding and absolutely very patient even when it is packed. She deserves to be recognized! I’m so upset we didn’t get her name!

This is the single worst fast food location (not taco bell in general, this specific one) I have ever been to. They have gotten our order wrong more times than they have gotten it right, and they are so slow the mine as well not have a drive through.

[Update: it's been like a month I think since I last tried to visit this Taco Bell. Was told they aren't taking orders but they took the next car's order. This Taco Bell is completely useless]YIKES. I'd rate zero stars if it were a choice. If you're too short staffed to run a store, close it.My friends and I pulled up behind another car who drove off without ordering after a few minutes. We sat at the speaker for 15 minutes, started saying "helloooo?" After 10. No one acknowledged us. A line was forming behind us so we decided to pull up to the window but the car that had been in front of us was sitting at the window. I assume they had ordered at the window since no one had said anything at the speaker. Looking in the window, there couldn't gave been more than two people working because we never saw ANYONE inside. So we got McDonalds instead... This location really needs to get it together. It's honestly probably losing more money than it brings in.

I asked for no tomatoes. And I ended up getting tomatoes and then a taco with only beef and sauce. Not what I asked for. I was the only one in line. And the cashier would only stick out her hand as minimal as necessary to avoid being cold. Quality assurance is not it at this location

Very nice staff. They were friendly and welcoming. One of the workers was so fine my knees gave out and I fell to the floor. I didn't get their number but they were still so hot. Coming back soon.
