Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks, paid for extra syrup in one of the drinks and it was made wrong, got a remake and it it was made wrong again, watched her make it and didn't put extra syrup.
More than one, they missed the right ingredients for my order ( extra pump, strawberries). I feel like, sometimes, they just do not put any attention in our drinks.

The girl at the Kroger Starbucks seriously needs an attitude adjustment. I believe her name is Katie? She hates making my drinks, but yet she makes decent money for a young 18 year old and decides on that's what she gets paid to do. A lot of customers say that about her.

This location is inside of Kroger. They are a bit slow but it is nice.
No matter how busy they get, the drinks are made well, and the staff exudes friendliness and professionalism. One of the best Starbucks in the area!
I went through the drive thru with only three cars ahead of me, and it took almost as long as when there are 6 or 7 cars. However my caramel brûlée latte was excellent and the lady at the window was very friendly.
Having Black Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Double Chocolate Chunk Brownies in Starbucks, West Chester, Ohio was a real treat to enjoy. Comfort zone giving environment was an additional beauty. We loved the place and believe to be visiting again whenever possible.
