I pulled through the drive-thru and had to pay with all coins and felt terrible but one of the employees gave me something that I couldn't afford at the time and told me that they got it. It definitely made my night and I've never had a bad experience at this place.I used to work at the Starbucks down the street and it's just a different atmosphere here. They are either happier or better at acting happier. Lol. Either way, it made my brief interaction one to remember.Posting on here so we can all celebrate together. 5 stars af.
So they need to vacuum out the crumbs out of the couch chairs and wipe a lot better. It took way to long for our order I'll be going to the one across the street next time
I asked the barista if they were Union and they didn't know so evidently they're not Union yet but I was very encouraging to encouraging to them about joining one It's moving faster across the country if you're gonna pay $8 a cup of coffee mice will be Union coffee
Was overcharged by 70 cents for a Grande pike place coffee. I normally get a grande coffee with cream and sugar, which is 2.75. For some reason, I was charged for heavy cream (which i never asked for) and was charged 3.45 total. When i questioned the drive thru cashier about the increase she told me that cream is extra? I come to this location routinely and have never been asked to pay for cream. I was charged extra for something i never asked for.
Chelsea Scanlan needs to be reevaluated for a manager. I have heard from multiple associates at this Starbucks that Chelsea has treated them with zero respect and makes them feel like they are uneducated and have little value to the overall company.
The manager is irresponsible and rude. This place is messy. The employees take up most of the tables. Do better
We had a great time stopping in this location just after picking up our rental car.. We were excited over the various coffee selections and sales that they were running on the coffee.. They also made our drinks perfectly well delivering excellent customer service.. dislocation is most definitely smaller than most when it comes to inside seating area.. We decided to take our coffee and breakfast to a park to enjoy. Would recommend this location.
I'm generally not a fan of Starbucks coffee, but this location is pretty great. It's so convenient to come through the parking lot from Tylersville, grab something I pre-ordered, and continue on the commute turning south onto 747. They're always really nice when I come in.
This was actually the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks ever. I was coming in from out of town and this is the usual Starbucks that I go to and I normally feel welcomed but for whatever reason everything went wrong. First of all my order wasn’t the correct size and they added whip cream which I specifically didn’t ask for. My lemon loaf was cold. And this may not sound like like a huge deal but when I see a manger being rude to an employee or a customer it truly ruins the whole experience. I wasn’t specifically being horribly mistreated but seeing someone being disrespectful to the other customers and especially the other employees it really shows me how unprofessional the establishment is. Safe to say I’m not coming back to this Starbucks for some time.
This location has some of the most friendly workers, however, they can't ever seem to get my order correct if I go thru the drive thru. And the thing is, it's a standard menu item. Very disappointing that this is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. If you go in your order will more than likely be correct.
