Placed my order on the app, set a specific time. Got toe the store 5 minutes before it was ready, checked in. Ten minutes went by, no food, no employee. Pressed the button, was greater with a "we are drive through only" nothing else. Pulled up to the order box, and was promptly told, "I'll be with you in a minute." Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but I was on my lunch break, and am now back to work late, because someone couldn't just listen. When I finally did get my order, my food was shoved out the window, no "sorry for the inconvenience" or anything. Worst service ever. I won't be back
I bit into my burger and found a bandaid.I thought it was a tuff piece of bacon.When I realized what it was I got sick to my stomach and throw up on the bag.Walk-up window is closed so had to go back around the drive through - the guy had an attitude said “I’m not calling you a liar but no one here has a bandaid on their hand”. Yea, because it was in my burger.
Waited at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes, no response from anyone in the store. Went across the street to Waffle House and received fast service and hot made to order food.
This place is incredible. The customer service here is above and beyond, if there is an issue with an order they fix it immediately no questions asked. I would absolutely recommend this place anybody who loves Sonic!
Over the years I used to go to this sonic all the time and quit going for a while because the employees were rude and strange and your order always tended to be wrong… But recently I’ve been going very frequently and I can’t say enough good things about the girls that work at this location… The twins are phenomenal… I don’t remember what they told me their names were but every time I go through there they remember me and they are so sweet… Perfect customer service!!!!!
Don't you hate it when you depend on getting your drive thru order right and then we'll it isn't? It's the norm I guess these days. Make sure you check your order before leaving here because it could be the person's in front or back of you then you're back on the highway.
The food was delicious ! It was brought to the car quickly and it was very fresh and hot. The shift leader was our car hop and she was so friendly!
literally the best fast food service I have ever gotten. the nice lady in the window was extremely helpful. her name starts with a C :) she helped to show my northern husband and good meal since im not from here and this is the closest thing to a good southern burger. big props to her!!!!!! we loved her so much and when we visit Ohio again, we expect to see her again ??
FANTASTIC!! I am a transplant from Oklahoma City where Sonic started and it's headquarters are. This Sonic is better than even those.Food portions are great and the taste is even better. You can't go wrong by eating here. Breakfast all day? They do and aren't afraid of it. YOU MUST TRY THEM OUT!
Wonderful service. Extra napkins, staws, spoon for the ice cream, warm smile and friendly responses, flexible and considerate, not to mention speedy!!! Will return! Great job everyone!!
