Update my reviewI returned our un finished meal that we were NOT satisfied with and the. Manager Jason was very kind and understanding and made this situation right on our behalf. I want to make sure people understand one bad mean doesn’t mean it’s a bad place some time things just bottom out on certain shifts .Must have been a very busy night when we ordered delivery! ! Food was very cold the Ribs from RIBFEAST dry as hell mango habenaro flavored wings were very over done (dominos would have been a better choice for wing)and dry as well and the pork belly tips look like v**** and are so Soggy and mushy. And they didn’t deliver the drinks . Spent a $60 on meal that we can’t even enjoy . Very unsatisfide and when I called to the restaurant to tell them about this NO ONE answers the phone and the managers message box is full not able to except messages. There is nothing worse than craving good BBQ food and paying good money and receiving cold dryed out unappealing distasteful food .
We come here every week the staff really knows how to treat their customers. Good is always good. Want to give a big shout out to our waiter DC for always going that extra mile.
Worst brisket I've ever had. Dry, leather that sat in a July Arizona sun would be better. Ribs were microwaved sub par and over priced. Red Robin has better burgers and my kids grilled cheese was just barely toasted bread with barely ant cheese.... do not eat here
Food took quite sometime to get to us. We had the buffalo chicken sandwich and brisket with a side of pulled pork and Mac n cheese. Food was ok not that great. Mac n cheese was the only dish that stood out and tasted great.
We were here with a large group which we have done before with excellent service. However, this time it was streamly slow. From taking the drink order and not bringing them, to forgetting to take some order, down to the orders that he did take the food sat under the warming lamps for almost 30 minutes. My nachos were cold and soggy.To top it all off I was the first order.
Pulled pork was pretty good with the garlic toast but the sides leave alot to be desired. Potato wedges were just large slices of potato with very little seasoning. Mac and cheese was terrible with 50% of the noodles not covered in anything. Mac and cheese was also a ultimate side that you had to pay more for. I did try one of their s.oked wings and without the sweet glaze sauce I think would be really good.
Stopped here for a late lunch driving back to Michigan with our party of eight. Hands down the best meal we had on our entire vacation. Our server, Erica, was incredibly friendly and prompt. Really enjoyed our meal...especially the brisket grilled cheese and the bag-o-donuts.
The waitress was great. Food horrible. Plain and simple. Sent Mac and cheese back 3 times came back cold every time. Cancelled that removed from menu. You can tell the head chef here is the microwave. It's sad when the plates are hotter than the food. And it's a shame that McDonald's can operate a microwave better than these people can. On a high note try the corn bread it's at least good. Wasn't fresh but at least good.
Drove 30 minutes to try this joint out, I’m seven months pregnant and was absolutely craving pulled pork and left very disappointed from this sad excuse of an establishment, didn’t even get a chance to try the food we were treated so horribly. Absolutely terrible service, servers refused to wait on us, even announced to the other servers that they would not be taking us but took other customers after we sat for 25 minutes without even being greeted. Very unprofessional and rude. Poor management. TERRIBLE customer service. We unfortunately left feeling completely humiliated and disrespected. It was already a bad sign that this place was a ghost town during a typical dinner rush. I’ve been a server for 6+ years and was completely flabbergasted by how we were treated. I understand times are hard and people don’t want to work so this place just really hired anyone with serious lack of to no training what so ever. Do NOT give them your business.
The food was great. The service was absolutely awful- needless to say we did not leave her a tip.
