Heard great things about this place so decided to check out the one in the Cincinnati airport- staff was rude and cut the line right I front of me and said they were now going on break for some time- so, You asked them to fill up my water real quick as they were already completing another order and refused and said “just go somewhere else I’m not helping you”. Wish the staff was better- ended up going elsewhere for food. I’m sure the food is great but will not get the chance to try.
Happy with the food. Staff was busy and competent. Manager checked on diners as she cleaned the tables. Pricy but worth it for higher quality.
Staff is super friendly. Food was amazing and satisfying.. it's a really nice store to sit down with the family for.. I would recommend checking them out..... when you come throw the door you will feel very welcome with staff that have smiles on there face ?
We love Smashburger! It’s a little pricey but we think it is worth it. The food is freshly cooked to order and has a unique taste. Their grilled chicken is so yummy.
We've been there many times, and the food is consistently very good!We like their burgers and chicken (grilled and crispy) sandwiches, FRESH fries!! and haystack onions.
Friendly staff and very helpful since it was my first time eating there. Food was very good. Loved the fries!
Ordered food for 645 pick up. And at 705 it still isn't ready. Apparently setting a time online doesn't matter. I could understand if I had ordered through a delivery service but I used their website.
Quick, knowledgeable service. The food was quite tasty, and the portions were good. The restaurant was clean, and we'll supplied. Will be going back.
Not too pleased that the order was incorrect and the fries weren't even warm.We drove pretty far just to come here and get disappointed.Specifically noted not to put tomato and still got soggy tomatoes on what would have been a good burger.I miss the Blue Ash location. It was the only one even close to me. :(
You get a lot of food and it's really good. Feel like I could spend the same and go to a nice steak restaurant. Wouldn't go back because of pricing.
