EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from this store’s drive-thru or DoorDash, they get it WRONG!!! On-site ordering and staff are great but not drive-thru or pick up. We live a couple miles away and it’s just so frustrating!!
We live close and dine here frequently, which is great!! So extremely frustrating because they have NEVER gotten our drive thru or Door Dash delivery right!!! We don’t want a credit…we want what we ordered!!!
My first ever trip to this place. The wait staff is very friendly, food is great. And for the first time, I found SWEET ICED TEA! In a northern restaurant. Chili 4 way with onions, and chili cheese fries. All came out hot and delicious.
Food was great. 5 way, and a cheese coney. What could go wrong, except a typical drive thru forgot my extra cheeses, but not the $2,98 charge. Ugh.
This Tylersville Dudley Dr location is one of the better Skyline locations near Mason and West Chester for dining in. We had such a great experience. Here is why. As soon as you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome by everyone. This location is well organized and the team is well trained. You can tell Rae set proper expectations. The staff works as a team and they crank out food efficiently and it tastes as great as it should. Kelby, Jacob, Rae and Sara made for a great experience. Good portions too. Pictured is the Greek salad with extra Feta and extra olives. Plus I poured some Greek salad dressing on the salad before I decided to take a picture and share my great experience. Ps. This location is way better than the Lakota location on Cincinnati Dayton Rd near Route 129 in West Chester. Unfortunately, the drive through has not done well with our orders a couple times in a row. So I only recommend dine in for this location.
The energy the gentleman at the drive through had today was so positive and customer service focused I couldn’t help but smile ear to ear. When I left, I realized the gentleman I had see last week was the just as wonderful, maybe not so high energy but extremely polite and courteous. They were both young men and they made my experience top notch! I don’t visit often but due to health concerns I’m in the area with family weekly now. Not my typical food but definitely a comfort food now served by wonderfully pleasant personnel. ?
Both my wife's and my glasses had a lot of stuff in them like they hadn't been washed. There was a white smudge of something on mine that was clearly not detergent. We asked for to go cups instead. It was surprisingly cold inside I left my jacket on. It was 8 pm and not busy. The 3 ways were dry. The cheese coneys were a bit stale. It didnt appear any care was put into it either. We love Skyline but I hope this isn't how this location is normally, I've typically never had a bad experience at any location until now. The one on Cin-day in liberty township isn't that far from this one and is great. I hadn't been to this one in years, had I known I would have driven the extra 5 minutes.
Went through the drive thru last night for fries and a large Sierra Mist for my drive home from work. Well, fryer was down, so no fries. Get to the window for my drink and the guy apologizes for not having fries and hands me the drink with a smile and says "the drink is on us, have a great day." I've always had great service at this location, and that simple gesture of customer service after a rough shift was enough to turn my day around. People do still care, and that had to be the most refreshing soda on my way home that I've ever had! Keep up the great work Skyline, you're making a difference!?♥️
They always have good food and my kids love it! And that is saying something since we since we have 7 kids and they all like something different but this is the one place they all like something off the menu!! Clean and friendly, this is our go to spot!
Service is good and drive thru is typically quick, but hardly any chili on coneys compared to other Skyline locations - and has been this way for several years.I love Skyline, but there’s not a lot of consistency from location to location. The one on Cin-Day near 129 is much better.
