Went in to have dinner was seated for about 10 minutes, no one came by to ask us if we wanted a drink. Our waitress walked by our table 4 times before I asked the host who our waiter was, he then found her and she ignored our table again and assisted the table behind us. After 15 minutes of being ignored my wife and I decided to leave this establishment and we walked out telling the host she ignored us and never came to ask us for our drinks or order. Restaurant was not busy got our table as soon as we walked in. I feel there needs to be better training at this location or the waitress serving the area we were sitting in needs to be better trained/ fired. Red Robin I know you can do better.
Delicious food, free refills on sides. Clean, plenty of staff, got a table for 7 immediately at noon on Father's Day! Downsides: very noisy/bad acoustics/have to yell to hold a conversation. temp was too cold--could have been our table was near an A/C vent but we were freezing. Also their staff seems to divide labor by task; the waitress takes the order but someone else brings drinks, a third person brings food, a fourth person brought dessert. Was efficient most of the time but the waitress wasn't completing any of the tasks, so you could ask her for something, but you wouldn't necessarily get it, and she wouldn't know until you told her that you never got it.Overall a good experience. Will come again!
I normally do not post reviews. If things are good, I leave a generous tip, if not I assume a bad day or just stay away. Tonight was the first time in three years we stopped at the RR. As I walked in I asked another couple if the food was good? They said yeas and the service was great.That couple was right. This was the best service I have had in a restaurant in two years. The whole staff was on their A game. Needless to say a generous tip was well earned. Great Job RR.
The burgers are always amazing here! I had the Keep it Simple ancient-grain & quinoa patty and added a slice of cheddar. First time I've had this sandwich and it was phenomenal! The fries were hot and fresh and a great side to my lunch.
We went at around 7:30. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. It was maybe 10 minutes. Which I thought was really good for how busy they were. Our server came over and took our drink order and someone brought them to us less then 2 minutes later. Food came out quickly and was warm. The system they use is incredibly efficient.
Was 3rd rate 50 minute wait. 50 people after us left. No joke. Host or hostess whatever you call a guy wearing a bra is called. Said we only have 2 servers. Finally went in and the only area open were tables at bar area. Waited 30 min for food and food was brought out and served by a person that I would not trust a mile away. This is it for this sorry place .
If I could give 0 stars I would. First, let me start by saying I have always loved Red Robin and have never had an issue in the past with other locations. However, this one changed all that. I had called a couple days before my group of 15 planned to visit for a 21st birthday celebration. I was told that while they do not take reservations, they do take call ahead seating and would go ahead and put me down for 15, and a table would be ready upon our arrival at 6pm. Well, I called when we were on our way and was told they had no record of my previous phone call and the wait was 1.5-2 hours!!! Needless to say, I was livid. Then it gets worse. An hour into our wait, I get a phone call from them asking if I was still coming! Wait, what? I had been in the parking lot for over an hour!! I explained what I was previously told and they said they would get a table ready in 20 minutes. Ok, fine. 30-45 minutes later, still NO table. I demanded to speak to a manager and explained the whole thing, again. He of course apologized and said they were short staffed(which I understand) but I kept getting the run around over and over. Finally after a 2 HOUR wait, we are seated. I felt sorry for our waitress(Carla) and she was doing the best she could. The food came out pretty quick, however, half of it was wrong(not her fault) and my son in law didn’t get his until everyone else was finished eating!! I have never experienced such POOR service and lack of caring from a restaurant. No discount offered for our trouble, nothing. They did take my son in laws food off the bill because it came out so late. Big deal. I will NEVER visit a Red Robin ever again after my experience with this one.
I was able to walk in and be seated promptly (single guest) my order and drink order was also taken in a timely manner, it took a little bit for my drink to come to the table, busy night. The only other thing was to wait on my utensil for my salad. The bartender was very exceptional, she was polite and checked in on all tables in bar area in a timely manner and put forth positive attitude towards all in my time there (I wish I’d have grabbed her name). The burger was good as well as the salad I ordered.
Great RedRobin fare searched up with a smile from a wonderful staff. Been eating RR since the early 80’s when we relocated to Portland, OR and discovered a store there, then later when moved back to CA and ate regularly at the Costa Mesa store in Orange County, and then as a regular at the Boulder, CO store and scores of sores across the country. Fantastic chain that’s held up beautifully over several decades. This sore has proven to be strong on the regular for our family for 15 years or more.
Excellent!!!! Pretty hard to get a five star, but not with this place.Got there around 3pm, no wait to get seating.Really good service, plus the food was knock down great!!!.
