We ordered a couple sandwiches. One had cheese the other did not. When we got our sandwiches, it looked like neither had cheese. We told the man at the register who was making the sandwiches. He let us keep both sandwiches, made us a new sandwich with cheese, and gave us a free cookie. We later found out that the original one did have cheese. When I went to return the sandwich and cookie he was understanding of our mistake, polite and professional. He let us keep everything. I don't know his name, but on 5/19/2022 around 6:00pm he was working the register and making sandwiches. Great service.
I’m sorry but closing the inside is so ridiculous, making Doordashers wait for 20 minutes in a line when the food is supposed to be ready is so unacceptable. We are not paid hourly, this literally makes us lose money. Not only that but you block parked cars in the drive through lane.
As a Philly transplant that cannot find a hoagie anywhere around here this is the closest thing to home. Good meats and a decent roll.

Was given a gift card, will not be using the remaining balance. First time customer. Not impressed. The sandwiches were loaded with mushrooms when I stated NO MUSHROOMS. Mushy meat in my son's Pizza Melt and my Veggie Melt tasted burnt. Very disappointed.

Very similar to subway with higher quality ingredients, bread, but a lot less options. Love the interior of the building and vibe.
