Dry and very poorly made. I ordered extra cheese and there was barely anything on it, bar3ly any pepperoni or cheese. As if it sat there or got returned and then they turned around and resold it to me. 3 times I've gave them the benefit of the doubt because I used to really like their pizza. Sad, even worst than Domino's when they were going thru there bad pizza phase. So disappointing and waste of my hard earned money. I hope they figure out a better formula to brand better made pizza. There are way too many pizza spots to compete with.
Do not order from this Pizza Hut until they get new management in place . This is the second time they charged us and we didn’t get the order or or it took 2 1/2 hours to get the order and the food is not Pizza Hut quality it is literally old and cold with hardly no cheese and no sauce . Saturday night before Easter we placed an order at 8:30 and it was 10:30 when the order came and it was cold and had been sitting somewhere for atleast a hour . We still haven’t been able to resolve the issue because no one wants to answer their line and deal with it .
At all cost do not waste your time ordering anything from Pizza Hut!!! I' did not get my pizza I ordered last night after they took my money. And when trying to rectify the situation over the phone I was bounced around 5 times. I asked to get direct line to the store they sent me to a recording where none of the options except number one worked!!! Frustrated never never again will I order a pizza from this store!!!!!!!!
Absolutely the worst pizza hut location I've ever encountered. Moved to the area about two months ago. I have ordered twice and both times the pizza is over and hour late. Today I placed a order at 8:14pm. Estimated time was 25-35 minutes. It is now 10:09 and my order still isn't here. They don't have actual store/locations employees answering the phone so you're literally in a loop on the phone while constantly being disconnected. I was finally told that my order was a few minutes away and its been 10 minutes later. I asked to speak to a manager and they claim to transfer you over but no one answers and you just get disconnected. There are 3 other pizza huts that do amazing in the same 3-5 mile radius. There is no excuse for this store to be so horrible.. Will be contacting corporate tomorrow.
Took an hour an a half for our pizza to arrive (we ordered at 5pm in a Thursday), the last half hour I spent on the phone transferred 3 different times, always back to the main menu, 4th time I was told they’d transferred me to all the people they could and there was no other options. When the pizza finally arrived the order was wrong and pizza was cold.
I called the establishment to place an order for delivery. Due to my new address, the team member has a few issues finding me. Once confirming that my address was in their delivery area, the team member took my order. Unfortunately, this location used Door Dash as their delivery service. What a nightmare!!! The driver spoke poor English and couldn't find my address. When he delivered my order, it was cold. The driver didn't use a pizza bag or any apparatus to keep my food somewhat warm. Had I known, I would have picked up the order myself. I have never used Door Dash and never will.
This is the worst Pizza Hut around. I recently ordered a pizza on the app for pickup/curbside, and even left a tip in advance because it was raining. My husband went to pick it up, hit the arrived button (more than once), called the store (no answer). It was clear no one was paying any attention, so he had to go in, where employees were just standing around and our pizza was just sitting in the warmer. The order was technically correct but it just wasn't quite right -- the crust was dry, toppings were a bit sparse and the sauce proportion was off.
No knock on door, pizza left out in the snow. Cinnamon sticks and bread sticks weren’t cut at all.
I ordered Pizza Hut from Door dash app two times and both times waited over a hour with the app charging the status to only be cancelled. Don’t bother. They just credit your card and you are then left with hungry kids. Never ordering again.
We ordered pizza and cheesy bread. First the good, it was ready on time and the order was accurate. The bad: they didn’t cut the breadsticks, the pizza was cold and it tasted very dry. We said extra sauce on all the pizza and it seemed like they barely put any sauce. So the pizza tasted like I am eating frozen pizza. Won’t be trying from this place anytime soon.
