This Penn station is great I was greeted right away and my order came up in no time. When my order was ready the girl made sure to ask me if I needed any ketchup or vinegar which was helpful because I had almost forgotten! So thank you. Food was hot fresh and delicious. I always like visiting this Penn station

I ordered via phone-in as I usually like to use that method. Went to pick it up a couple of minutes after ordering and it was ready. Hot and fresh when I got home. 25 minutes total
We have going here for years, the new blonde girl that work there is SUPER RUDE!!!!!!!! She opens the take out door and says name. Doesn’t even greet with a hi or hey what’s your name. Then come back with our order and opened the windows, hands me the back without saying anything shuts the window quickly. We have experience this three times already. Finally I told my husband I’m writing a review. SHE IS AWFUL, if she keeps acting like that we don’t want to come back. The manager definitely needs to talk to her, horrible customer service!

I ordered the artichoke monthly special. It was good, but next time I will ask for the mayo on the side and for my bread to be toasted more. Service was good ?
