This place has become a joke. Ordered from here regularly. They mess up frequently, but today's experience is epitome of all. Ordered Philly's Cheese Steak, carry out. When went to pick up pizza saw workers playing with utensils and dropping on the floor and re-using them without even washing. Picked up pizza. Came home to know all the pizza is firmly stuck to the pizza box like as if its super glued. Went back to return the pizza. The guy over there threw an attitude. Got refund. This place's quality has gone into crapper! 0 stars for this Papa Johns
Literally EVERYTHING was wrong...first the delivery driver was lost for 10 minutes on the phone with me. Then i instantly notice they forgot my (2) 2 liters I mentioned it to the driver he said he couldn't go back and get it. I open my food and everything was either the wrong item or they got it done wrong when doing the order...Called up to the store to speak with another person and he asked for my name and when i gave it said i wasnt in the system, and hung up while i was trying to find a solution. But i have pizza receipt to prove it from the pizza boxes. They also didnt give me any plates or napkins for a large order...Worst fast food order issues and customer service issues i've experienced so far...training is needed in this establishment..also if your accent is so thick its hard to understand you in normal conversation you definitely should not be on a phone

It's big chain pizza. I will say the stuff crust is better than pizza hut. NY style pizza isn't anything special.
Those that were making the pizzas did not have on gloves or masks as if we aren’t still in the middle of a pandemic! The only person wearing a mask was the girl at the front counter.
The lady taking my order over the phone made absolutely no sense , I couldn't understand her because of the accent and I asked her to repeat something because of that and she just laughed ?
This clown left our order on the doorstep. Didn't knock nor push the doorbell. Open our food to find it full of ants....
I've had multiple delivery issues with this location. Any more, if I actually have to have Papa John's I pick up so I can check my order.Case in point, ordered two pizzas and an order of breadsticks tonight. After 90 minutes, our two pizzas arrived with no breadsticks. When I asked the driver about it, the driver didn't seem to care much and just replied to call the store but that they were busy and it would probably be "a while" before they would bring breadsticks.Called the store and was told they would send out breadsticks "as soon as possible". It's been 45 minutes and they just arrived.
Quicker when you order online. Decent service considering how busy they were.
The pizza always tastes very good, never greasy, and the crust is delicious, too. The service is terrific, too
