Soup Salad

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Forgotten items in orders (happened today), bad, flat sandwiches, and terrible brown salad. Give this location a miss.

This evening I ordered a pick 2, the screen AND receipt had the correct soup. I came home and it was very much the wrong soup, which wouldn’t be a big deal except I’m lactose intolerant! I ordered items without dairy and they gave me a soup with cream in it. Thank goodness I’m not highly allergic like some people. Very upsetting. I didn’t even realize it at first because on top of that, the entire cup was broth with a few crumbs of chicken on the bottom. I am keeping it to two stars because the salad was decent and fresh, although seriously lacking the meat that was supposed to be on it. I’ll drive the extra miles to go to the other location in West Chester where I haven’t had issues.

Worst location you can find. Took 1 hour to prepare my rapid pickup order and still half of the items were missing, had to ask for some went home and released the once they had prepared were missing ingredients in it. Had to travel back to the store and return it, never visit this location.

This is the worst Panera location and has single handedly ruined the brand for me and my family. We swore off returning a while ago, but made the mistake of stopping for a quick dinner as it is next to my daughter's daycare. They sent me home with ice cold (like it was refrigerated cold) Mac and cheese that looks curdled and stinks.

Possibly the worst run franchise ever. I continue to give this place chances and I continue to get burned. Poor customer service, slow, consistently out of items, poorly prepared food, and I’m not sure I’ve ever gotten an order that wasn’t missing something or prepared incorrectly. I understand that supply chains and lack of labor is an issue…but a lot of issues could be managed better if employees weren’t busy taking cigarette/vape breaks out back or just communicating (I’m sorry, we’re open but we aren’t taking drive though orders at this time) better. I’d rather go to ANY other restaurant on 747…..

Disgusting service, took 20 minutes to order from the tablet and it went out, general manager didn't even care would not help or assist us. Did not want to take our order. Didn't even apologize for the bad experience. Not adding to his poor attitude.

Shouldn’t a turkey sandwich have turkey? I ordered a whole Sierra turkey and only got turkey on half. They made it on the wrong bread and my request for pickled onions was ignored. I politely called to discuss this with the manager and she would not refund my money, she would only offer a credit which I did not want. She was very rude and unapologetic. I will never go back.

This is definitely not like the rest of the Panera stores. I have never received a walk-in order that was right. There is always something wrong with it. If you ask them to correct the order the way it was suppose to be they get real hateful and Rude. Also there's a older gentleman I assume he's a manager and he is extremely rude to the customers that come in just to have a drink. He constantly stares at you like he wants to say something but can't find the right words.... If you want your order accurate and hot do not, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PANERÀ. (

I have never had a good experience at the drive thru here. This is the third time in a row that our order was either wrong or was missing items. When you call, the employees tone is one of annoyance and disregard. They claim to put your name on a list for a “credit” but the next time you go, there is no record of it. Horrible service. They need to replace the staff or just close it down.

Stopped by for a coffee this morning. Went inside to get it and the sign said no counter service use kiosk. I had cash but no credit cards with me. I went to the door and asked if someone could sell me a cup of coffee for cash. I was told that I would have to go someplace else if I wanted to pay with cash. I guess Dunkin Donuts will be getting my business.
