The manger is racist. He literally calls black ppl monkeys and tells them to eat chicken
This particular store has THE worst staff and management. When it comes to order fulfillment and delivery they are the WORST. Orders are cancelled without contacting the consumer being vindictive and immature backlash when you address poor service. I get it’s difficult to get good and competent help but this store has neither. Both managers Amanda and Paula showed NO level of professionalism during my BAD experience not once but two days in a row with the Union Centre #2 store. Good luck with getting anything right with this particular store and it’s staff.
Love Panera but this location is horrible. On our way to a volleyball tourney I ordered some breakfast sandwiches online for pickup. It was 7:30, so not super early, there were no customers in the building, so being busy is not an excuse. Our sandwiches were HORRIBLE! The bacon WAS NOT cooked and the eggs were nasty, slimy and raw. Would never order from here again.
Running in between meetings, I stopped at this Panera location for a sandwich. When I entered the location, i was second in line. A team membwr stopped what they were doing to take my order. I was pretty impressed that. My order was prepared to my specific instructions: deli turkey sandwich and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. All and all, this was a good experience.
This Panera location is great, they're very quick, fix everything great, always cleand and the staff is nice. We're always happy with our food
Cold coffee coming out of the urn. Panera is really going downhill. If you can't get the coffee ☕ right, you've got issues.
My first time at Panera. Ever. Hard to believe, I know. The cashier whipped their head up so quick when I said that. Got the avocado chicken melt and a bread bowl cream of chicken with rice and a brownie. (It had a cute little powdered sugar snowflake on top.) Definitely way too much to eat at once hahahaha loved the fireplace and order/pickup setup. I love me some bread and the bread was pretty good ? I do think it's a bit pricey for soup and sammiches, but then again... I ordered a lot of food! Will have to go back to try the bagels.
We dined in with the whole family. Our food was cold and/or lukewarm at best. They did re-make mine when I sent it back. Bathrooms were also filthy. Employees were eating food in the area where they prep food. I won’t go back to this location.
Alicia greeted me with a smile, and a hello. Loved her energy! Panera is a go to place for me, and this location is one of my favorites. Always friendly, fast and clean.
It's not the employees fault but, you can't run a business with one employee working hard by herself and another employee ignoring customers totally! We were totally ignored by the other employee. She couldn't keep up with the drive thru and inside also.
