There is no management..LITERALLY!The pans are empty, nothing to sell for real!Food wasn’t that good!No wonder why they are getting all these low reviews.Go to the one in Mason, it’s way better
We just got done eating here and it’s exactly 9:54pm when we got out. Yes, u read that right! Those nice gentlemen deserve extra ? stars. They let me and my family (with little kids) stay to eat even though we probably got our food when it was 9:30pm already (closing time). Thank you so much for letting us celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day tonight even though we were late. You guys are amazing! We are definitely coming back (hopefully, not late). :)
I placed an online order and they took over 30 minutes to tell me that they were out of what I ordered and that it would be another 15 minutes. I’m sorry, over 45 minutes for fast few Chinese is unacceptable. What makes me mad too is that my order should have been done before others since I placed it online and already paid. The manager didn’t seem to care and couldn’t easily refund my money.
Ew! Ew!! Ewww!!! I have never been here before but heard decent things about it. For me, um... this'll be a STRONG NOOO!!! Never again as far as I'm concerned. This was so bad that I didn't even eat it all. And I'm TOO in love with food to waste it. But this was THAT BAD. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken bowl w/ fried rice. Listen.... that fried fried was HORRID!!! PERIOD!! I also tried the Beijing Beef plate w/ broccoli and chow mein. YUUUCK!!!! My goodness... if you look at my pictures, everything looks pretty amazing. But kudos to my photography skills because I ate more with my eyes this day. Some people may enjoy, but when "Conner & Becca" are making Asian cuisines and not "Zhao & Shu-lan" then I just can't. You can certainly notice the difference. This was disrespectful to eat. I feel jipped. Won't be doing this again.
It is 6:50 pm and panda is out of fried rice for the night. How does this even happen and why not make more. Very bad experience to say the least.
I had placed an order through the app and when I came to pick it up the drive thru was completely clear there wasn’t a single person in the drive thru and I go to the mic and the worker tells me I have to go in to pick it up. When I go inside there’s probably about 10 workers just standing around lollygagging. If I place an online order I should not have to go in to pick it up if I went through the drive thru, if it was doordash or a delivery service I understand but is it really that hard to grab a bag and a cup and hand it out the window? Or are the employees not qualified enough to do such “laborious” work.
If you are going to close your dining room at 830 then change your hours in website and door. This is the second time this has happened. Ridiculous
Worst experience here, I am their regular customer. I drive semi truck, often I park semi next to kohls and walk here to lobby for lunch. Well today their lobby was closed and I call and they told me I can’t get the food. I ask if I can walk to drive thru to pick up food but they refuse which I totally understand because of safety. Then I ask if I can pay and order on phone call ,they said no. One of their employees was outside, I ask him if he can order for me I can pay him extra tip no help. They told me i can order online and wait outside in 15* temperature outside but guess what their website is down. I can only order $30 family meal in it. So either I pay $30 online for family meal or I come in a car for drive thru because my semi won’t fit. I choose to walk to Taco Bell next store and no issues. I understand they have their company policies. But i guess some people just don’t care about your situation and ignore you.
I loved it. Had the noodles, Beijing beef, and orange chicken. My son and I tried a bit for lunch and ended up coming back getting for everyone for lunch. We thought it was delicious but very heavy. Adults liked it and kids loved it. Would visit again for sure when in town again.
I like their food which is why I go here once or twice a month..today both my wife and I ate there. Today was not a great visit.... Today they didn't have Teriyaki Chicken? That is what I went there for...the Cherry Coke was also out but not marked at the beverage unit? I was charged 18.85 for both meals and gave them a $20; got back $1.15 and the receipt that ....while eating I looked at the receipt and it was for $10.14. I knew that was the wrong amount as the 18 + charged would have been closer....so I looked at the receipt again and the purchase was made with a Discover Card...but I paid the young man with cash? I decided to not ignore the bad receipt. Why? That is just the way our world is today in restaurants like this..shirt on workers, running out of product, not as energetic or sharp as it used to be. It is what it is. I WAS THANKFUL they were open...smile. By the way the Orange Chicken and the Honey Sesame Chicken and my wife's meal was good. We just accepted the experience as our first Panda Express CoVid Era Visit of 2022.
