Almost every time I come here to pick up a DoorDash order their dining room isn’t open and there is be a line of 15 cars or more. I no longer pick up orders here for that reason. Most fast food places are like this. They’re struggling to stay in business mainly because fast food isn’t cheap anymore. Almost all fast food is overpriced and unhealthy and is equivalent as getting real food!
Just got two strawberry cream pies but there were tasty lol
This is what I got as a large fry. I was missing a sandwich and there's no sugar in my sweet tea???
Closing early is one thing but to have every light on u clouding the drive thru signs with multiple cars in line just for someone to walk out laughing at us saying you are closed is ridiculously unprofessional. This place is a joke.
Sat at the drive though for 5 minutes with no response 30 minutes prior to close, so pulled out of drive just to see staff sitting around at the register and drive though window doing nothing.
Ordered online and picked up in curb side pick up. Man brought my order out, I ordered 2 meals and they forgot the fries. So I went in, inconvenient since I had a newborn in the car which is why I picked curb side. I politely tell a lady I didn't get my fries, she gets me 2 M fries I ordered and I leave. Eating on the way home, the fries were nasty, you could tell they were old.Thank goodness I'm not in the Mason area much, I will be avoiding this McDonald's in the future.
I remember 10 years ago that this McDonalds was notoriously slow. Like paint dries faster than their service. Well, not much has changed. Took a 10 year hiatus from this place only to come back and find no noticeable improvement. Quite an accomplishment to have management be THIS dedicated to incompetency
I ordered a big Mac meal. Gave 10.36. I should have just got a 5 back, did not, but thought oh well the extra change and go to someone else or donated. Get home with my meal and it's JUST the sandwich, no fries. ? this is not my first issue this this location either I received a cheeseburger with no meat before went to exchange it and they did it AGAIN.
I ordered food from the drive through and the server gave my order to the car in front of me. The customer went through the entire bag and gave it back. Then the server gave it to me after he touched everything. I told the server I didn’t want it after the man went through my entire order. All she did was put it in a bigger bag and hand it back to me. I told her that’s what she did and she laughed. I couldn’t eat the food. I threw it away. I was afraid I could get sick if the person had Covid. You should never serve food to a customer after someone other than the Server has touched it. Not in today’s world.
Went to this McDonald’s with our kid and his class. These people here really surprised me. They got our 25 orders plus the drive thru and other people that came in also. Didn’t miss a beat and everything was made as ordered. I would come there every time if I lived closer.
