This McDonalds is terrible. I was in line before They closed and when I got to the screen they told me “sorry, we’re closed” and didn’t have the courage to come to the window and explain why they took someone’s order in front of me but not mine. I will be speaking to management and they will explain to me why. I worked at McDonald’s, you take the last person in line that was there before close. Anyone else that comes three after is out of luck. I was not there after they closed! Not happy! Terrible service and the kid at the register was smiling like it was funny.
Waited 9 cars deep for lunch . I got stale fries . How does this happen ? The only way it could happen is if the fries were made ahead of time and scooped out for the lunch crowd . This is bull crap . I was really looking forward to some McDonalds fries ! But I got a bunch of cold stale fries . I pulled over and threw them to the birds .
Stopped for Hot Fudge Sundaes with the Misses. ...I guess I will just to buy my own napkins and carry in my car...They were tasty, but like other things these days, it costs more and the portions get smaller...I am thankful they are open and providing a ice cream treat offering on their menu, BUT all considered it just reduces the number of times I stop in?
McDonald's is like one of those dangerous animals you see at the zoo and the glass enclousure say's "Do not touch". That's what you need to do at this restaurant.Their burger's pack more of a toxic bite than a lion with radioactive gums. The feeling your stomach endures is like having a tea party with King Kong but you notice he hates your grandma's tea and proceeds to gut punch you into an abyss of torture. Your insides will file a divorce and you'll have to be ready to sign the papers.
The staff deserves 5 stars, they were working their butts off today during the lunch rush. The line outside seemed to move fast. They closed the lobby/inside service right after we ordered to focus on drive thru orders (they didn't kick us out or anything just stopped service to anyone else that came in). The playland is still closed, but sign says opening 5/1. Lol as you might have guessed, the ice cream is down (again, like always) not sure why they even bother keeping it on the menu at this point ?
They are rude in the drive-thru and never have ice cream. Ita Always down. It's so much better to go to DQ, they always have ice cream
Please bring back the bacon, egg,and cheese bagels! Sooo disappointed when you stopped serving them!!! Yummy strawberry banana smoothies
All McD's kill their fish sandwiches with tarter sauce. And if you ask to not put as much on then you get the size of a dime.
Went to the one on Tylersville Rd. The line moved quickly and the food was fresh and hot! Haven't been to a McDonald's this good in a long time!
This McDonald’s has the worst customer service ! Where has the core value of McDonald’s gone? I ordered and paid for my food when I went to the 2nd window I was told a wrong order I asked just to pay and add for what was missing I was told no I had to pull all the way around and reorder. I asked to speak to a manager who told me her name was Jericcha I was told I could pay for the burger but would need to pull over and wait but it could be a long time before they “decide” to bring it their line was long . I told her the fries and food in the bag were already cold she laughed and slammed the window in my face and said that’s why I’m not getting any more food. The fries were soggy and taste like they were being cooked in old grease . The chicken sandwich were cold and rubbery. This food went straight in the garage. This is the exact reason I usually choose ANYWHERE else besides McDonald’s !!! They really need to review footage of Jerriccha’s a so called manager behavior. As a business owner I would not want that to represent my company..
