I was told that what I was seeing on the screen was not what was on the screen... And after asking for hot fries my fries look like they were barely cookedThey took them back to give me hot fries and they were still as pale as anything it looks like all they did was throw them back in the oil to heat them up.... I will not be stopping there again
While waiting in the drive thru line, 2 separate customers had to walk up to the window because their orders were wrong. I ordered three orders of pancakes for my children and a breakfast sandwich. The pancakes and sausage were cold, and my sandwich was burnt, hard and inedible.. but hey, at least it was warm. This McDonald's is by far the worst in the area.
Whoever worked at the drive on 4/22/22 around 6:30ish, needs to go back into the hiring stages. She was rude, impatient and loud. I wanted to believe the reason to her rushing me to hurry up and order is that she's constipated and needed to go. She sounded like she was full of backup anger.I did not order and drove off..Please hiring Someone that has alittle bit more sense and customer service. You don't have to worry about us going there again... who knows what she might put in my food.Terrible service all due to one.
This place is AWFUL!!! I realize everyone is shorthanded but the owners need to get tonwork and get reliable people in there. The morning shift is friendly enough but you will sit there for 15-30 minutes when there are only 5 cars in the drive thru line....
Staff is loud and obnoxious. You can hear them all in the drive thru. Once you get to the window to pay and receive your order they act as if you're bothering them. Bread is always hard and stale. Not once have they given me an accurate order.
Cheeseburger with no topping I ordered 2. Big Mac was very dry. Hamburger taste like shoe leather
Look the kids that work there seem like cool people trynna make some money but, my order NEVER comes out right like ever. My ice coffee always taste like day old coffee with one creamer and they never get my breakfast sandwich order correct. It’s just not cuttin it anymore… ??♀️
Went there on Saturday 2/12/22. Pull up to the drive (kids still want breakfast). Lunch menu is up on the screen, had to tell kids to get lunch instead (no big deal). Order from the menu, a little girl comes over the speaker and says, "we are only serving breakfast, no lunch yet." We tell her, the lunch screen is on. She replies ,"we cant control the menu change." So we order breakfast instead. Same little kid gets back on the speaker," We have two biscuits and a round egg." W.T.F...so you don't have breakfast and you don't serve lunch?!?!?! Keep that in mind going to this typical, don't care , I'm a teenager and you don't matter location. 1 star is because you have to put in a review. This place sucks! STAY CLEAR unless they fire the manager!
Love it when I'm told there are conveniently no DoorDash orders and then they close the store 6 hours before posted time. Funny how that works out.
If I could give zero stars I would! The person in charge today was very rude to me. I ordered two large fries and got two medium. When I told her she very rude and said they are out of large fry containers. I told her I was charged for large so she gave me two kid sized fries and practically threw it at me! Very unprofessional. Will drive wayyyyy out of my wayyy before ever going back!
