Gm and his manager don't use gloves while making your food. He's in a same sex marriage and monkey pox is at a all time high. Combine that with no hand washing. Is a recipe for a OUTBREAK!
I attend this Mcdonald and go inside every morning before work to order 3 hash browns and an iced coffee.Today I asked as I do every time for my order to be made fresh. when given my order I noticed that the hash browns were not fresh and very greasy. I said excuse me to the manager on duty (heavy set caucasian gentleman) he approached me with an attitude, even still I politely asked for my order to be made fresh.He grabbed the bag and stated "sure, even though clearly they are fresh and just came up" I then stopped him and told him never mind and asked for a refund. He did not care and was happy to refund me.I will never attend this Mcdonalds again..Very unprofessional. My order number was 108
2 days in a row they've messed up my order. I'd much rather go a little further and get what I ordered than go here. And this time I had to say hello several times at drive thru speaker before someone barely talked to me.Went back because it was the closest place to work and I had an appointment on my lunch break and it was her or nothing. I went in this time. They were mopping around people (not putting wet floor signs near the door where it was extra slick). Again got my order wrong and when another woman came in with a wrong order she was ignored for a good bit and they forgot about her after finally talking to her. I didn't have time to right my orderr...next time I'll just starve.
This place has become an utter joke. 3 years ago when I started my job they were fast, polite and on it. I know Covid struggles blah blah blah but my recent experiences include:1: being charged more than the app said when I picked up my order2: placing orders online, reaching the location and them telling me rudely they were closed (in the afternoon)3: todays where I placed an order, waited 12 minutes for my online order and then thanked my lucky stars im not allergic to onions and like Mac sauce because the person making my sandwich couldn’t be bothered to read the sticker he attached to my sandwich. Of course nobody answered the phone and I hardly have time to go back and wait another 12 minutes for them to correct it. That’s ignoring the barely warm fries.I’m still waiting on some degree of response from #1 from the company so is there even a point in complaining to them about #3?This place is an utter joke and if I ever return here it will be a hell of a long time from now or because a sign says under new management.
Don't waste your time going to this McDonald's. Dinning room is never open. You can't get a shake of a frappe because it's not working or it's being cleaned. BS..I think that they don't want to be bothered with it. I work close to this location but hello Burger King..
Staff shortage before 8AM or so. Only one person working this past week during breakfast. Also curbside pickup was an option during lunch hour, and after waiting 10 minutes I went through drive thru instead. I was then told that there was no one to bring me the order. I understand this happening, but these options should be temporarily disabled as I've seen at other locations. Also there should be a hand written sign with the time the one person plans to open/close since they arent courteous enough to tell drive thru customers it'll be a while
Ordered 2 meals, $10.10 paid cash. Got to work and coworker said you gave me a biscuit. not what was ordered so I swapped her she opens it and mold on the mcmuffin. Called 5 times it rings,no one answers. Called corp. who told me to go to store to get refund. Went there on my lunch and asked for Mgr. At speaker girl said she was the Mgr ran thru the situation and told her the order.. at window, they got Mgr she asked what was order? She said YOU DIDN'T SPEAK TO ME so hateful. Pulled me to spot 1. Sat there 4ever, backed to window again. Tried to tell me I didn't pay cashpay cash. Finally thru 10.00 at me
Let's see...25 minute drive through wait, charged incorrect amount, given incorrect food, and I'm sorry but I don't have the time to wait another 20 minutes for them to figure out what was going on. Might have been nice if they returned either of my calls since their lobby was firmly locked up. Goodbye McDonalds hello dispute department.There's a Wendy's and a Burger King nearby go there. This place is awful.
Today around 4 pm I came through your drive thru to order food for myself and my 2 girls. For some reason my credit card wasn't working. My girls were so hungry and your manager without a seconds hesitation gave me the food. She didn't know that I'm a single mom. She didn't know I'm a veteran. What she did know was that my 2 babies were hungry and that was enough. I've had a very hard time lately and her kindness and generosity was greatly needed and much appreciated. . So thank you to that manager and I'd think McDonald's is lucky to have her.
Not once have they ever gotten my order right. I ask for a large they give me a medium. I ask for a quarter pounder deluxe (lettuce + tomato+ mayo) they give me a regular or one with bacon. And they never have ice cream to make shakes.
