The Manager brought our dinner out and talked for a moment with us. We found out that we share a love for the Cincinnati Reds. Somehow it got brought up that my 50th birthday was next week. The food was fantastic and the waitress was phenomenal!! When we asked for the check, the Manager paid for our supper. Just an amazing memory for my 50th!!! Thank you so much Longhorn for being the best restaurant to eat at.
Ordered food online. The website when I checked out said 100 minutes. Got confirmation and said 2 hours 45 minutes. Called and the woman couldn't be more rude. Waited for 2 hours and 25 minutes for them to call and say they couldn't fulfill the order. Then put me on hold to speak to the manager. I hung up after being on hold for 5 minutes. Worst resturant experience ever and their excuse was we were busy since it's mother day. We ended up not being able to order take out since they waited till 8:55 to call and most kitchens close at 9 on mother's day. Worst resturant and very rude staff. Should have more training in customer service.
I've had better and worse waitresses, and some of the food wasn't amazing but nothing was awful either. However... I usually avoid steakhouses because I feel like I can make better steaks at home for a fraction of the price, and in this case the steak was just as good or possibly better than what I could've done. The steak was really the star and was great. And everyone else I was with also seemed to have a really good time too. It wasn't my first ever visit but it was one of my better experiences and if every visit goes that well I'll be coming around far more often.
I hadn't ever been to a LongHorn Steakhouse before, and assumed it was just a middle of the road chain. But two things really stood out: 1) the steak was exceptional - tender, flavorful, and cooked just right, and 2) our waiter was exceptionally personable and attentive. We greatly enjoyed the food and the experience.

We tried to make an online reservation for our party of 3 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant, but the website wouldn't let us make a reservation for more than four people, which I don't understand. The website also said there was a 20 minute wait, so we drove the 20 minutes to the restaurant, and when I went to put our name in, I was told the wait was 1 hour. We decided to wait, but after about 40 minutes, I noticed large groups were leaving, but no more large groups waiting. I went inside to check if they could give me an update on the TV wait time and the host said I still had to wait 23 more minutes until the hour was up. Huh? I stayed polite and explained we had 2 hungry kids and a baby with us, and anything he could do to get us seated would be greatly appreciated. Lol and behold...we were called to be seated about 3 minutes later. We ended up having a great meal and a super good server (I think his name was Nick?), and I wanted to say thank you to the host, whose name was Cody, for helping us get seated. We ended up having a really good evening. We will go back for sure!
Had some lunch and a couple margaritas. Drinks were very good. App was the shrimp. We were surprised how good that stuff was. We actually hadn't been to this Longhorn in a few years because the service was bad. But that was at the beginning of the pandemic, so...
The ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare and the strawberry shortcake is excellent! April is a great server and loads of fun! Thanks for a great experience!
Our previous dining was excellent, the next time me and my boyfriend went the service was great as always, however at 3 am he woke up puking an as well as me. He had severe cramping and diarrhea. And 3 days later still, We will not be returning as food poisoning isn't my thing and has cost me 2 days at work. Seafood is the culprit.
Not bad. Steak was slightly dry and burnt on one end. However it tasted great and nothing was left but the bone at the end. Brussels sprouts were OUTSTANDING as a side dish. Strawberry salad was a great start.
