This used to be my go to spot. Always got great service and pizza....but now, not so much. The last few times I came they have been severely understaffed and my pizza was burnt and dry.One time I came 45 minutes before they closed but all staff were hiding in the back of the building trying to avoid taking any more orders...Going start going to Fairfield because they always have good service and food
Can you please figure out a pizza making robot, please? It's laughable that any restaurant is closed on the weekend.
Have tried to order pizza from this location multiple times and they never seem to be open.
This is my FAVORITE pizza place!!! But the one in West Chester DOESN'T have the NACHO CHEESE!!! ??? If they'd get that I'd definitely give them 5 STARS!!!
I know and understand everyone is short staffed! This is the 4th time I've tried to get a pizza from them and had to go somewhere else! All I wanted each time was a hot n ready but doors were locked over an hour before closing the last 3 times and the 1st time the employee just yelled at me telling me he couldn't take my order! We enjoy the pizza when we can get it and hopefully they'll have some luck on getting people to work!!!
This place is hardly ever opened anymore. It's completely understaffed. You call and nobody never answers the phone. And when you can catch them open you get your food and it's always cold. I would love to know what corporate would say about the store. I wouldn't go there if it was the last pizza place around.
do they ever answer their phone? it’s not even 5:00. i have called a repetitive amount of times to order food, on multiples occasions & have always got nothing!! not really the “fast food” chain to have in a busy, nice & remote area.
Very rude!! Went back in because my order was wrong. Then they threw the sauce and desert at me. Rather drive further for better service!!!

Sadly, tried to fill my bellie with some delicious Hot N' Readies and this location was closed on Sunday due to labor shortages. They are looking for help, any 16yr old willing and able PLEASE, for the love of Pizza, Pizza!!!
