Ordered well done pizza and they did it exactly like I asked. I like crust more baked than normal.
Pizza was good but had to wait 20 to 25 minutes to be seated, even though there was obvious seating available. Even considering the Covid precautions.
We had a huge party of 20 people and Tobias did an amazing job. He got all of our orders out quickly and correctly. He even handled a huge group of kids with awesome patience. Great server!
Saturday March 5, 2022 My family and I went to the LaRosa in west Chester Ohio. We had large party for my grandson 13th birthday. The hostess told us that there was a 2 hour wait to get the party room in the rear. With a long wait, we ask if we could be seated in the dining area with the understanding that all of us would not be seated together. The manager told us NO, because there might be a couple that may come in wanting a table. With that comment, I easily counted over 30 empty seats, with only one table in the entire dining occupied. The manager committed that it would be to difficult for a server to take care of us. Again, plenty of staff with only one occupied table in the dining room. Our entire party left, approximately 20, went across the street to where they greeted us with open doors and was happy to take the over $400.00 sale.
The expected local LaRosa experience. Pizza is exactly what you're thinking. Staff is friendly and fast. Make sure you're using a buddy card! We prefer with extra sauce. Sauce is on the sweet side. The Saratoga chips are also a fan favorite.
Manager of this store is a POS. App will always show 15 minutes ready time on a pick up , it may be 15 miutes, it might be an hour....but that manager does not care if you sit and wait for 30-40 minutes past the ready time and if you come in and ask after waiting 30 minutes past they'll take offense to you. Well I'm sorry you dont know how to run a restaurant sir, gfys.
Great pizza as always. We did pickup and it was ready at the time we were given at checkout online.
It is unfortunate that this restaurant has a General Manager that shows biases with whom he shows customer courtesy. Today he was very rude and impolite with our group, and wouldn’t seat us until “we all showed up”, as if we were little children. Moreover, as it became apparent to him that we were a large party of African-Americans, his disposition became even more shrewd and inconsiderate.But thankfully, directly across the street, there is another pizzeria called BIG DOGS. And after a quick call to them, they were happy to take our large party at a moments notice. It was a better experience from beginning to end at BIG DOGS.
The food is good but they are always so busy and my order is never ready on time.
by far the best LaRos's Pizza location. The food has always been fresh, the staff was excellent. It's hard to find a good LaRosa's pizza place and this one should be the template for other locations.
