I am a delivery driver for doordash, one day at 9 o'clock I received an order to pick up at this store, because I know many stores close at 9 pm in the evening, so I specifically checked that their closing time is 10 pm in the evening , when i got there it was 9:12pm and it turned out that they had closed to start cleaning the interior area, it was very puzzling, i will never take orders from this shop again

Exactly the Krispy Kreme you know and love. Drive through quick now that the "we just opened" craziness is over. The Hot and Fresh sign on most of the time actually! Decent plaza it is in, not hard to get to really.
I love Krispy Kreme and my favorite donut is the original glazed donut. And I had signed up for emails and so I was over by a store today and used my email to order and pay for a dozen glazed for 5 bucks!! That's a great deal I think. Then as I was looking on their web cite I saw a twix candy bar filled donut so I thought oh that sounds wonderful. So I opened my donut box and got it out as I was driving away. I bite into the donut tasted good but no twix took another bite and the same thing. Well I finally hit the twix second to the last bite. And my last bite a it in it as well. But the end of the donut was hard and crunchy. I think who every made my donut screwed it up. But my original glazed were perfect ?
There was no sign on the door that only the drive through was available. Staff unfriendly, glazed doughnuts super small and the chocolate cream filled doughnuts had very little amount of filling (less than a tablespoon) and doughnuts were not fresh. The order was incorrect but not worth my trine to go back and correct.
Donuts were great and glad to have one nearby now, but for a brand new store they should be doing better. Two hours after opening for the day, the place should be clean and stocked. Dining room floor, bathroom, plexiglass looking into the kitchen, and entryway were all filthy. No excuse for that, especially with three employees leaning in the drive thru area and doing nothing the whole time I was there. No paper towels in the bathroom and the floor was filthy. Looked like nothing had been cleaned in weeks. These are not hard things to do, but so important, especially when you're the only franchise around and you're representing the brand to people who may have never been to one. Oh yeah, also we recently got a creme filled donut that had maybe a grape sized amount of creme in it. Seems to be a recurring problem, looking back at other reviews.
The Glaze Donuts are always hot fresh and finger licking sticky excellent customer service both drive-thru and in the store. My favorites are their seasonal donuts, decorate to perfection most of all always fresh and tasty my kids can’t get enough.Thanks Krispy Kreme! Continue to keep the all the kids smiling!
Update- so I went back to this location for my kid to order her two dozens of doughnuts . I was shocked to receive such disgusting doughnuts the night of the purchase. The size were inadequate, crunchy and they had the nerve to not give me a refund or discounted price. They should’ve never sold it at all . They should’ve fixed the machine 1st or trained a new baker. Please fo better Krispy Kreme
Such a fun time. You can see the donuts being made and get them hot off the press! There are cute hats for little kids. Plus you get a free donut if you show your vaccine card!
I really enjoyed multiple selection of fresh donuts!!But, we did not like the beverages like latte and hot chocolate.
