We enjoyed our first experience here. I recommend looking at some Korean Bar B Que You Tube videos to get better acquainted with the possibilities available. It's a dining form which requires strategy of sorts. Getting side dishes and soups that compliment your particular tastes can make or break the experience. We got the rice cakes in spicy sauce, a popular street food along with pork belly and bulgogi for our table Bar B Que. I think this meal could definitely feed four and believe that splitting that check four ways makes for a reasonable cost for a night out. For the two of us, it's a bit pricey, but ... we would do it again. It's definitely worth a second try for us. Unique, interactive and fun.
By far the best Korean place I've found in Ohio. The service was quick and attentive. The food was outstanding. This place is relaxing and quiet, the music is in the background (as it should be) and not overpowering the room. The server kept our glasses filled and was everything you could want inna server.I hate that I live an hour away. I'm going to bring some people back here on a trip to jungle Jim's at some point. I loved it.
Went for lunch. Pretty empty except for 2 tables. No frills ambiance & I believe it's a father & son team working. The server/son was very helpful and service was good. It had been a while since I had dholsot bibbim bab in a hot stone bowl, thanks to covid, so I was happy to try theirs and it didn't disappoint. Banchan was good. Good portions and decent price. If you want good Korean food, go here and support this place!
This is an awesome Korean restaurant. The food is outstanding and the service is great. They have enough room to accommodate large groups and the menu has some great choices that I can't find anywhere else in the area. The staff also takes the time to explain the dishes and how they are traditionally eaten. Really great dining experience!
Went there on a lunch date with the Mrs. Food was incredible! Portions are great. If you enjoy Korean food. You'll love this place for sure!!
My husband and I just came from korea and he was craving Korean BBQ. We did not get what was expected. Sides were okay but tasted a bit old. We ordered pork thinking we would be grilling it ourselves and it came out cooked looking nothing like the picture. That dish was good though. We ordered vegetable Yaki soba but received a seafood Yaki soba instead. Food was ok and way too expensive. Server was great but there was only one and sometimes we didn’t see her for a while. We probably won’t visit again and will try other Korean restaurants.
Made from scratch food is delicious!
I was looking for a more authentic Korean restaurant when I stumbled on this place. It was a very quiet, family-owned place. They explained their menu to us, and assisted us with how to properly eat their barbecue. The food was absolutely top-notch delicious, possibly some of the best Korean I ever had. Highly recommend to anyone even slightly interested in Korean food.A small anecdote for the owners - we were there when all 4 of you came out to sit and eat for your own dinner. It was incredibly sweet seeing all of you chatting together and joking with one another. I can’t wait to go back again with my family.
food wasn't great for the price I ordered the same noodles with beef as my friend her portion was way more than mine that I had to order the same plate again cause I was still hungry, service was very bad I got my appetizer after my main dish and the appetizer was tasteless, the kids had fun grilling the meat however first and last time we go to this restaurant.
One of my favorite places to bring family and friends! Prices very reasonable considering the quantity (and quality!) of food you're given. Staff super hospitable, give great recommendations on drinks. Wait times used to be a little long, but since the last time we went they hired more wait staff and it really sped things up. Love this place !
