My husband went to get KFC tonight and was told they wouldn't have any for 45 minutes. He went back at least an hour later and they STILL didn't have any. This is a first and rather strange. Why even bother staying open? This particular KFC's service has never been the best since we moved to the area 2 years ago. So Taco Bell got our business instead.
Get our order right! Gas is expensive and KFC is too, now. The least they could do is put coleslaw in the bag when we want coleslaw. We did NOT order potatoes and gravy. Good grief.
3 out of last 5 orders wrong. For example..Asked for packets of hot sauce. Assured it was in the bag. Got home. Nope.Asked for breast and leg in 2 piece.Got home..Had breast and wing instead.Wish these people could get it right.Too far to drive back and get the right stuff.Only solution is to hold up the drive thru line and open every box to check contents. Yea right......
Make sure you check your food because they struggle to follow directions at this location. Then they wanna have a sidebar conversation about your order. They lack unprofessionalism and wonder why people treat them The way they do.
Could not order inside & take home, had to use drive-thru, waste of $4/gal gas. Chicken was mediocre at best
You just dont get your money's worth at Kentucky fried Chicken anymore three pieces of chicken and compare them with other facilities will cost you as much as a dinner for four it has really lost is swagger
The food and service was lousy! The manager had no personality whatsoever! I ordered the wings. The first set was soggy and I asked for a fresh batch. They said it would be 10 minutes and I said fine. The second batch they only left the wings in for about 7 minutes and the first bright I took of those blood came off of the wing! The manager was not apologetic and I think the server I just come from taking her nap in the playpen, in the back! Do not eat here. I will not come back.
Always out of chicken. Never been able to get a full 8 piece meal. Always only have tenders or thighs or something. Sides are good but terrible service and are out of chicken always. EDIT: Please note this is not a stock or supply issue. This is employees not wanting to cook more chicken 2 hours before close.
Ordering system was down but workers were amazing in handling and making our order. Always good food and great service.
It was gross the food was dry and tough, my tenders were flat and were not edible. My mashed potatoes tasted soured and my corn was dry, the biscut was dry and crumbling. My daughters bowl tasted bad and everything was dry. We didn't get any straws or butter. Her fruit punch tasted like watered down kool-aid. The only thing ok was my sprite. The staff was rude as hell as well. I used to love kfc, I will never eat at kfc again.
