Good sandwiches and a quick place to stop when heading north on I-75.
Drive thru has been closed for weeks now. Makes no sense and is very inconvenient.
There is a guy ringing at counter that is coughing, bent over, blowing his nose and apparently very sick. He then takes the receipt and hands it to the guy who is making the sandwiches. The guy making touches the receipt with two hands and proceeds making sandwiches , no one has on a mask it was the most disgusting thing I ever seen. I will never eat there again.
Hard to like a restaurant that keeps closing it's drive thru and making you come into the restaurant during a pandemic. They've been like this for months with no explanation. They certainly have enough workers, and they rarely look busy. Horribly managed.

Management and customer service quality has gone downhill dramatically at this location. I’ve gone here for lunch quite a bit because it’s good food and it’s supposed to be convenient. Every other time I go the drive through is closed with no explanation except for us to come in and order. There’s definitely enough employees to run the drive-through, too. And the drive through works, it’s only open on some days for some reason. A lot of business comes from drive-through so I’m not sure who’s making the decision to have it down some days… not a good business decision for a lunch place. On top of that, the employees are not friendly whatsoever and some barely acknowledge you. The other day I picked up lunch and I was missing the side of sauce I payed for. Didn’t seem like a big deal, though when I wen to ask for if from the two guys working behind the counter I received no response as they both had earbuds in. They made it seem like I was the inconvenience. They’re not usually busy and I wouldn’t be surprised if they went out of business if they don’t improve. Really reconsidering going back there in the future.
Staff seemed irritated when customers came through and rushed to get through the order. Very rude at tje drive through. I ordered a Large drink, got a medium and was barely past half full. Disappointed.
The last two times I ordered lunch from this Jimmy Johns, it took an hour to arrive. They may need to change their slogan, because they are definitely not freaky fast.
Quick service good sandwiches
Horrible service, rude general manager.In addition, they don't take any denomination over a $20 bill. Not posted anywhere and when you order online, nothing warns about this either.Owner was notified but didn't seem too concerned....Go somewhere else.
