Mi Burrito a 1/4 mile away is much better and less expensive.
Great food!! But lacking, small portions and outta certain foods I ordered. Other locations I’ve gotten huge burritos.
The worst experience I’ve had at a hothead, we had to wait on rice, no peppers and onions, the burrito wasn’t much bigger than one you get at Taco Bell. I hate posting bad reviews but the owners should be aware. I threw my burrito away when I got home.
Over cooked old jerky they called steak omg 32$ could we change the meat an old vegetables very old so wrong !guess it's who is ever working and prep . Needs looking into !
Wish I could give 0 stars. Manager was on his personal cell when I got there. 1 worker who was brand new. Can't fault her for this, but my bowl was terrible. Charged for double meat when I didn't request that and they were out of a lot of food products - said they didn't cook them yet and I didn't see them even attempting to cook anything. Hot mess. No veggies, cilantro, low on cheese etc. I will not be back.
This is the best hothead around. It had its down side for a year or so but after they brought back in the old management team its really come back.
If using a coupon, recommend asking questions regarding stipulations prior to ordering, thus avoiding the bait-and-switch. The employee on this morning’s visit was obviously already having a bad day. Which was unfortunate considering we were their first customers – makes for a long shift.
Soo good!All toppings are fresh and delicious. I chose a cheddar jalapenoTortilla burrito, add pork, red sauce, Brown rice, black beans, a bit corn, cheese mix, lettuce and pico. I recommend you the killer brownie brookie.The service is good, and the place is clean.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Definitely come back.
Awesome service. I was greeted by Carlos and Donavon they made my hot head bowl perfect. Definitely can’t wait to eat this bowl. I highly recommend coming to this hot head location those guys are awesome. Thank hot head
