The quality of food and service is deplorable. We stopped eating inside the restaurant 6 months ago and only doing take-out because the food was never consistent. The cooks and staff were never engaging, they made you feel like an inconvenience. We got the takeout last night and they have taken cutting corners to a new level. There was barely any meat and only 1 piece of broccoli, a few zucchini and a small amount of onions... for charging such a high price you are definitely not getting your monies worth. They also reduced the togo soup size. Last night will be the last time they get our business. The inside of the restaurant has gone down also. They have cleaning rags and cleaning supplies within their bar area. I seen dirty cleaning rags on clean glasses that were going to be used for customers drinks. Additionally, you can see where the staff has possibly been drinking due to an open bottle of beer on the bar. They were incredibly quick to cash me out when I arived, after seeing the conditions I requested a refund and they refused. I definitely do not think thats safe. They definitely need a full makeover!

Ok, we were a family of 5 and 2 other guest sat with us at the table. I was a little surprised in the portions that was given to the 2 other guest verses us. We did not have enough meat or even fried rice. To pay that much and not get the portion you payed for was disappointing. My grandson barely got any rice or chicken. I had ordered steak and chicken and once he served the first 2 he had no steak left to put on my plate.

The food is usually good but this time I ordered a bento box that I’ve ordered many times before and it didn’t have the orange sauce that I usually get with it (not by special request) and was also missing chopsticks. I think no big deal I’ll go back and get them. Boy was I wrong the lady there argued that it doesn’t come with it and refused to give me any. I can’t believe a restaurant would rather lose a customer that eats here a lot than to just give a little sauce. I’m honestly baffled. It’s come with the sauce every time. So if it’s not supposed to come with it why have I gotten it every time. I wasn’t being rude so I don’t understand why a small amount of sauce is more important than a long time customer. Unfortunately I won’t be back because customer service is important to me.

We chose a table instead of at the grill. My husbands food came out first. When my food was finally delivered the steak snd shrimp were cold; the fried rice steaming hot. The waiter never came to check on us, so I just ate the cold food. When he finally showed up after we had finished eating, I told him the filet mignon and shrimp were cold. He instantly said he will tell the mgr. I think he knew it had been sitting there waiting for rice. When he returned with the check there was $2.75 off the bill which was over $70 .lol - to the mgr - It would have been better to leave it alone . We won’t be back. Food and service just aren’t good anymore. Manager resolution of $2.75 as a token is comical.

The service and quality of food has deteriorated tremendously! We were extremely disappointed with our last visit, we were double charged for a bowl of rice we never received! The “manager” chose to argue with customers that spent over $100 on food and drinks, than bring the bowl of steamed rice that was supposed to come with our meal. The experience was embarrassing and extremely petty, we’ll never patronize this place again! There are too many other Japanese Hibachi places in our area, for Fuji Steak House to treat customers this poorly. Spend your money where it’s appreciated, this place is no longer on our list of favorites!

It was backed up for pick up orders tonight and I saw people yell at the order packer which was sad, as she was packing dozens of orders by herself. I really appreciate the food tonight. You guys are great!

Limited menu. Food was pretty good for the most part. They are pretty understaffed so I understand the slow and forgetful service. I had my food on the table for 10 minutes without chopsticks or a fork. Ate my salad with the giant miso spoon.

My daughter called and made reservations for the hibachi grill in Bridgewater Falls for my birthday yesterday, she said the lady was rude and when she mentioned it was my birthday they didn’t seem to care as she was rushed off the phone. Our party arrived we were seated. The hostess noticed it was my birthday and so did our chef. According to their website they celebrate with you proving you with a ice cream. Not that I care about them doing anything but it was something special my daughter did for me and she was excited. I did not receive it. I felt like we were rushed during the entire dinner. Our chef had airpods in his ears while he was preparing our meal and did not interact with us even after I said something to him. He looked at me like I had 3 heads ?. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hibachi grill. I would not recommend this establishment, nor will I return. The only reason why I even gave 3 stars was because the food was great!

This place is HORRIBLE! Paid $30 for hibachi carryout and got white rice with a splash of soy sauce, NOT fried! The chicken was hard and dried out like day old pre cooked chicken. The food salad was a box of iceberg lettuce and some disgusting looking container of broth for soup. I’m mad at myself for trying this place again. Never again. If you read this and order their food don’t get mad because you have been warned.

The hibachi was ok. The chef was lackluster at best. He had an earbud in and was more interested in listening to it than us. The “sushi” roll are what my family refer as catfood rolls. Everyone that i got had “snow crab” (pollack) filler as one of the ingredients. The ikura tasted a little old and the flying fish roe was tasteless. Tried it. Wont be back.
