We stopped here on our family trip boy what a mistake it was empty and yet nasty plates everywhere. The worker was to busy filling salad while were stuck waiting there standing for a table unreal the customer service and the manager will just stand there dont bother picking up all them empty plates it was gross health hazard we left cause you can tell they will take so long for some nasty food. They need to close this place you can tell they dont want to work
We generally really enjoy Big Boy BUT we went to the one on CinDay rd and our waitress was sweeping the floor and using the dust pan. She went back to get our waters and grabbed our cups. My wife went and asked her if she could please wash her hands as she was just using the dust pan. This girl went OFF, stating she is not dirty and all that type of talk. My wife said ma'am I am not saying your dirty, but you were just doing a dirty job. This waitress started yelling, so much that the manager heard it and came from the back of the store. We just told the waitress to have a nice day. And were walking out. The manager stated she is NOT surprised of the actions of this waitress and did give us a comp meal to go, which we appreciated.
Got the coleslaw tonight with the big boy platter. Big boy sandwich looked like it had been thrown against the wall, and then flipped into the food container.Drive thru service was Great friendly and very efficient.
worst service ever. over 45 minutes to get our food. Folks who came in 1/2 after us git there food before we were served..
I was on my way to work! I was on 1-75 at Cin-Day exit and my tire BLEW!I got the car off the highway and rolled into Frisch'sSafe and sound ☺️I spoke to the Manager...A sweet man sitting at the counter offered to assist me. He was my Angel ?I had the tire fixed and rolled on.I never ever thought the best restaurant also had the sweetest patrons and Manager ! These people saved the day
Salad bar was a health Hazzard. They said someone didn't set it up until 4pm. They had no soup or fruits only lettuce that was sitting in water and normal salad toppings. Some of the vegetables even had mold on them! Would hate to see the back kitchen. Did not eat after I saw that. Sucks since the salad bar is the only way I can eat there with my diet restrictions.
Our “go-to” place when we want a fish platter and we are always happy. We ❤️ Tao, Toni and Patti and appreciate their consistent service.
Pretty janky. Maybe all Big Boys are like that but its been 10 years since I've been in one. Food and wait staff were a bit below average.
On 12/14 about 7pm our family stopped in for a planning dinner for our Christmas celebration this year. They had one waitress who was working very hard to keep up with her patrons. The salad bar which we all had was depleted and no one would restock it. I asked 2 different employees working in the store to restock items and neither seemed interested in doing that. A manager could not be located. How does a store operate with no leadership? How is the brand to survive if no one in your stores cares anymore than this? I'm sure you have some good people working here and I'm sure they are trying to do the right thing but some leadership is required.
My friend took me for lunch and it was delicious. Our waitress was great, and the only criticism I have is to the kitchen... when sending out food to the same table, they should look alike. I only had 6 onion rings, and my friend had a huge pile, at least 14. She shared, and we did not say anything to them because they were busy.
