The waiter took forever to come to the table. We ordered our wings well done. They were not well done. One of the orders had some pink and blood in it. I asked for my wings extra wet. They barely had any sauce on them. We sent alot of food back. The manager apologized and said they have new cooks. I won't be visiting this establishment again.
I stopped in Frickers on a whim while giving a friend a ride home. Although the service was a bit slow, be that we sat at the bar instead of an individual table perhaps, the food and service was great. Always smiles toward us. I love that kids always eat for free. I imagine this place is always busy for that reason! I What a great concept to get families out for a fun affordable experience! Lots to look at and some games. Sadly, I didn't capture pics this time, mostly because of enthralling conversation with my good buddy, but I will make sure to get some on my next visit! I would have given 5 stars had the service been more prompt or at least the bar tender checked back with us more often while waiting for food so we didn't have to ask about it. She was super kind and personable though! I understand being busy! Thanks Frickers bartenders!
Usually love the place but service super slow...with waitress socializing with regulars for 10 minutes before acknowledging us. So 20 minutes to have a drink infront of us and 15 mi uses later had to flag her down to get our order...not going back to that location.
We live around the corner from a Frickers, but drive out of our way for better quality and service, about 20-25 minutes of a drive. This was by far the worse service! Came here last night with our toddler after an event for a quick bite and was never acknowledged. The manager and a server came to our area to clean up and put up chairs, looked at us, cleaned up some of that area, walked away and cleaned a different area. We sat there for 15 minutes. A group of 3 that also walked in after us walked out a moment before we did. There were a few people sitting at the bar and a table on the other side. Did not seem busy at all.
My family and I came to eat dinner tonight 06/10/22. Found out two workers that are supposed to be on clock cooking are outside smoking and drinking instead of doing their job. My opinion that’s grounds for termination. We have been here over an hour and have still yet to get our food but other tables around us that got here a while after us have gotten there food. The management here needs to get control of their employees and fix this place…absolute shame what I seen tonight…
Surprisingly large corner restaurant that offers a great combo of chicken dishes, beers, and a lot of TV displays. The kids area is huge, and so a family could enjoy this spot if you knew it was here since it’s so tucked away your only notice it by looking for one out by accident.
Visited for Friday dinner. Get in quickly. The food is very good. Chill was thick and flavorful. Chicken tenders could use more seasoning but were still very good. Fries were done well.Their margarita was very good and a decent selection of local beers.Service was very good.
I actually haven’t ordered food from here before. But I come in and DoorDash a lot and the service here is very good love the people especially Sabrina, she’s an angel. Keep up the great work!
Went there late Sunday night when almost everything else around was closed. The girl at the register was very friendly. The ribs were great. Tangy bbq sauce. The spicy garlic sauce has actual garlic in it. And my daughters loved the wings and curly fries.
Had the bourbon wings. Spot on! Fresh sweet tea. Not really busy.
