I ordered a bacon burger with 1 patty, and my husband ordered The Ruben. He said his was ok but it needed mustard, which he asked for but didn’t get. My hamburger was overcooked. The edges were burned. He had ordered a large bag of onion rings, there were 6 in this huge bag. I ordered a large cheese curd, the picture shows how many I got. This is our second time eating in this place. Our first time was great. No complaints. This time, the only thing that was right were the drinks that we filled. I don’t think we will go back.
Burned once again at this establishment. We made the mistake of getting in the drive-through lane. 52 minutes later we had a soupy concrete mixer, one sandwich and fries. I kid you not, if the food wasn't for someone at home on a specific request, we would have jumped out of line long ago. We found out the manager's name is Robin. How this person still has a job is beyond me. It took about 5 minutes to place our order after arriving at the speaker. When we got to the window at minute 42 we sat there until minute 46 to take payment. We then noticed a concrete mixer put on a shelf near the window. It was ours. the food came out of the window at minute 52. Our mixer was soup of course by that time. This business needs to close for a week, undergo Chick-fil-a type training, and give it another try. We will NEVER be back. Sorry to rant on this review, but it's well deserved. Total Joke.
5 star cheese curds.... lost a star because had NO NAPKINS in the bag.....guys, they're fried cheese curds, a napkin is obligatory!!! (They did provide a straw....even opened a new package to give me a fresh straw)
First time ever going there and it was pretty good!! I got a bacon burger with everything on it and it was quite yummy! To be honest though I did not taste the bacon much at all, but it was 2 beef patties that were nice and hot, juicy, and a good amount of cheese on them. The French fries were also really good! They were pre-seasoned along with there fry sauce, that was also really good! The fry sauce is like a mix between Canes, and Thousand Island. I finished off my meal with some of there frozen custard. I got the brownie sundae and it was good but my goodness was it soooo chocolatey! If you love chocolate that is a good choice for you. If you don't absolutely love it, it is way to much chocolate. It's chocolate custard, with fudge drizzle and a brownie underneath of it.For a bacon burger, fries and Medium drink it was $9.99 which seemed like a good vaule!Also the place was staffed to the gills! I seen way more people than probably needed to work there but to each there own! Staff was okay. Had minimal interaction with them. The menu is pretty basic too. Like 8 sandwich options, 7 custard options 6 different sides to choose from.All and all, I do recommend it for a good quick service restaurant! Plan on going back and try there California burger, chili cheese fries and the cheese curds all sound really good too!
It was a pretty neat place!They did forget my food and I was waiting 15 min? But that's fine I know from experience that it happens ?The customer service was fun but not the best I believe if they tried harder it would be more enjoyable, instead of them playing on their phones and joking around with each other maybe go clean up the dining room I only saw two workers that actually were working hard, it doesn't seem fair for them to have to do all the cleaning when there are plenty of people to help out.But definitely the food and shake were delicious!! And I will be coming back soon(hopefully with better experience ?)
Freddy's is always a great place for burgers and fires- always comes out fresh and cooked to order!!! One of my favorite places for a meal
We're from the West Coast & when we really miss In n' Out, we go to Freddy's for the California burger. Well today we thought to try the chili fries & good gawd...it was Weinerschnitzel/ California chili!! It was so good that when we finished our original.meal, we ordered a chili dog to share. We all had a Come to Jezuz moment... the bun is a freaking slice of soft & crunchy Texas toast!! I can't believe we've been sleeping on them this whole time. Welp, needless to say, Freddy... hope you like repeat customers cuz you got em!
Took super long, I expect fast food to be greasy but this was drenched in grease so bad our bag was soaked, tasted like old grease, and extremely long wait time. And they messed our order up 3 times.
First visit to Freddy's and I have to say I was impressed. I got a small cup of chili with cheese and the jalapeno steakburger with side cheese curds to share. And of course if you stop at Freddy's you have to try their fry sauce both regular and spicy.
This Freddy’s location is struggling - the food is up to par but it is extremely slow.Took 40 minutes for a basic order of 3 standard burgers at 6pm.The interior was also quite dirty / sticky surfaces and things like straws were running low or empty. They also locked the doors at closing time (8pm) with guests still indoors; another customer had to argue with the staff since this is a violation of fire codes.Hardworking staff but management needs to do a better job / hire more workers. Freddy’s prices are very high - they should be able to afford more workers.
