Well, it was good until things changed.My last visit waited 20 min and still no food, the place was literally empty when I placed the order.Took another 7 min to get a refund.I didn't get Sorry either.Also noticed one long hair guy was working with no hair cover.
Best place for subs I been too . Double points Monday toward a free sub with app. Free Veterans drinks. Nice fast service. Great menu.
Grew up earing subs so I don't buy them often. I went with a coupon and the food was good.
I ordered a medium sub and got charged for a medium sub but received a small sub.. now tell me how that's supposed to work.. thanks for the rip off..
Almost always is this place a homerun but my last visit was mediocre at best i understand to staffing ussues. Staffing issues shouldnt be the reason the bread gets burned and pushed through to someone's sandwich by the smell of the place no way im the only one that received burnt bread then when i called in i get laughed at??

This was the first time we tried Firehouse subs ...it tasted great. The employees very friendly when I went in to pick up my order. Will definitely get food from here again considering some of the money goes to the firemen.
