(mainly in response to an absolute BS review left by someone else) first el trumpo has amazing service and is very attentive, but thats not the main point. That restaurant is EXTREMELY CLEAN, the bathrooms, and the entire building. As for that complete BS review by someone we wont mention, just ignore it.

Came on Saturday evening and it was a PARTY! If you are looking for a quiet meal with lots of deep conversations, this isn't the place for you. If you are looking to have fun and feel like you are getting dinner and a show, this is exactly where you need to go! Loud music, drinks served with sparklers, a trumpet player playing Happy Birthday....I LOVED it!And the food was great, too! The complimentary chips and salsa had the right amount of spice. I ordered the El Trompo burrito and it was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Elote Mexicano(street corn) and it was one of the most tender pieces of corn I've ever had. Prices are slightly above average.Our only negative was the wait. We were quoted 35 minutes but it was closer to an hour before we were seated. It was worth the wait, though!
I already been here twice in the past 2 weeks. I saw a friend posted a picture on Facebook and just needed to check it out.I am glad I did! Their food is great and the ambience/vibe is awesome! I feel like I am in Mexico again. 99% of the Local Mexicans dine here which is why I know right away, they must serve Authentic Mexican food! I have been to at least 5 other Mexican restaurants and you hardly see Mexicans dine there. They have a wide variety of options in their menu. Their price is pretty good considering their portions are huge! Very tasteful food and well decorated. The margaritas are the best. I have seen a lot of people celebrated their birthdays there and I wouldn't mind celebrating it there as well. I have ordered seafood and other dishes that I could not pronounce but they are amazing. They also have kids options so if you plan to bring the kids, they can still eat the food they love. I will be back there again for sure!
Everything is great here except the music is to loud you can't even hear your self talk let alone with your family.

Such a disappointment. Terrible service (lost our reservation, rude, inattentive, incorrect order served). Bathrooms were dirty, as well as most everything else.
