Definitely not what I am accustomed to. Met work friends for a celebration. Staff is extremely attentive and friendly. I think the food is more authentic than what I am used to. I generally do Acapulco's or El Vaquero and accustomed to large portions. The Taco Salad some coworkers ordered was smaller than what Taco Bell used to serve. I ordered the Shrimp Cocktail which is not a traditional cocktail. Full of chunky yummyness but was not used to the sweet tomato base it was served in. BUT if you are into Authentic and that is what you prefer the vateity on the menu is huge! And this is your restaurant!
All of the El Ranchos are good, this is top 2 of them around. The original is our favorite but this is a close second. Staff is friendly, food comes out super fast and is hot and fresh. Frozen, boring margaritas are great! Steak fajitas were really good, as were the enchiladas. Plenty filling too. Location is easy in and out. Nice local dive bar next door if you are looking for a second stop after Mexican. Highly recommended.
The meat had fat in it, so it was a bad cut. Gross.There is no indication that you pay in the front, so we’re sat there for a while looking stupid.Seems kinda short staffed as well because when we did go up to pay, there wasn’t anyone there.Won’t be back.
The food is wonderful and the staff is so nice the margaritas and beer are the best
Their chips were stale and burnt and it tastes like they were straight from a Kroger bag. The salsa tasted like ketchup with a dab my hot sauce.
Food and service were good, music was very very loud though! Would do takeout next time.
Did not eat here. Was picking up an order after being acknowledged by employees was then ignored for 5 to 7 minutes while they were playing around. The restaurant was empty/dead. Come to find out the food was done the entire time I was there it was sitting on their counter (not within my accesa) getting cold.
Major mark down because it was dirty. I also asked the waitress for water several times and never got it or a refill on any other drink at the table. The food was decent but I question whether I should have eaten it after seeing how filthy the bathroom vents were (I'm talking caked on dust that's had to have been there for a loooong time). Between the dirt and the service, I won't be back.

My husband and l just moved to West Chester. This was the first restaurant that we picked up a meal there the day we moved here. We were so surprised how beautiful and delicious the food was! Highly recommend this restaurant!
