Terrible terrible place. I was signing the check and while I was distracted someone else came and threw my food away and when I told my server and the manager they just laughed at me like it was funny. I will never ever come here again and I’ve loved the place for years. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family not to come here and I will never forget this. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and this honestly just made me feel as though they had no common sense he didn’t even ask he just took my food while I was distracted food that I paid for and didn’t even get to eat and threw it in the trash they deserve to be shut down.
Delicious authentic Mexican food. Ordered and within 10 minutes our food piping hot and delicious at our table. Wait staff friendly attentive and welcoming. Resonable prices. Generous portions.
Great service the staff was very polite, and fast. The food and dessert was great me Andy wife loved going there and will go back again soon.
I used to love this place when it was El Rancho Grande but the quality has plummeted. My family went there yesterday and I ordered my child a kids taco with beans and rice. First, both his and my beans were terrible- they had a weird smell and were definitely burnt. Then I went to serve my child the taco and saw there was RAW meat in there. I brought this to the manager's attention and he argued with me! He said it was a tomato not raw meat and the beans were not burned they were salty. It was an insult to my intelligence- I think it's easy to tell the difference in raw hamburger and tomatoes. They brought my son a replacement chicken taco and it was cold to the touch. My husband's food was also cold and my steak in the steak burrito was burnt and tough. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!

I ordered last Sunday November 28 and it was not good, the steakhouse fries were frozen curly fries and the queso was missing, Gordita Al pastor was blend and they forgot the salsa, we also ordered corn and again cheese was missing but there was plenty of mayonnaise. Food was overpriced if you think about the quality, I should have ordered Taco Bell and probably not going to the frustration I had with this place. Never again
Agree with the other negative reviews - Evidently ownership has changed. We visited on a weekend night and the parking lot was empty - We should have taken that as a sign. Food was bland and way overpriced. Chips were stale and burned. Avoid.

Would give it a zero if I could. My family used to frequent this location back when it was "el rancho grande" but since its changed it has gone down hill majorly. We needed a quick easy place to eat so we gave this place another shot the other night.... big mistake.When we arrived there was hardly any cars in the parking lot and no one to greet us and really no workers in sight to the point we were wondering if they were open. Got sat down. Were served extremely burnt chips and salsa. When the food came it looked so unappetizing that we literally got up and left (after speaking to management) . We've NEVER done this before, that should say how bad this food just looked. My taco shells were extremely burnt and everything just looked gross to the point we didn't even want to take one bite of it. We will never go here again. And I warn people that go in thinking "oh i'm sure its just like el rancho grande...." It's not!
