It's Dunkin. Not great, not terrible. The drive thru can take forever.
I often get artificial sweetener when I ask for sugar, making my coffee undrinkable.Got degreaser in my sandwich a couple of times and had to pull over and throw up once. (Yes, oven degreaser)4 out of 5 times my coffee is right so not the worst place. Just don't get any food from here.
Go inside and they are slow as all get out. Coffee is good but slow as hell. Employees are not very friendly.
a bunch 9d kids working...no kind or order . too busy playing on headset talking to each other.. instead there 10 mins warinf in my sandwich..I watched her make and throw to the drive thru with 4 ppl standing around doing nothing until unsaid can I get my sandwich....
It was great the store was clean and they were passing friendly and the food was great. The only problem is Dunkin Donuts seems to be getting a little too expensive so I find myself going less often which is a shame because I do really love Dunkin Donuts
It's not bad but it's never great. Kind of inconsistent with quality. It's a tough time for staffing though and they do their best. The customer service is good though and the people are generally kind.
I would've LOVED to have seen the employees wear gloves! Otherwise, the service was quick enough and fairly inexpensive.
I am a recent Dunkin' convert. My go to order is a medium iced coffee / cold brew + 3 cream + 3 caramel and a toasted almond flavor shot. It is SO good. Not too sweet, but sweet enough.A large iced coffee from Dunkin is 32oz for $2.85 vs Starbucks 24oz Venti for $3.45, so you get 8 more ounces for $0.60 less. And the lines at Dunkin' are always shorter and faster, in my opinion.This location is pretty fast, I have never waited more than 5 minutes. Much better than Starbucks, where I've waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line.Definitely recommend giving it a try ☕
I didn't realize until I got my order that the table area was closed. So after walking a half mile there in 40 degree weather, I had to take my order outside and eat it while I walked on the way back in 40 degree weather!! What's worse. After you get your order, they Hypocritically make you walk directly back against the people in line instead of being able to exit in a different direction through the closed table area!!!! The girl taking my order wished me a nice day which I liked. But for closing the table area for a virus that kills less than 10 people a day in Ohio, of which 90% over 70 with underlying conditions and which has a 99.9% recovery rate, I will not eat at any Dunkin Donuts anymore!!!!Per CDC 99.9% survival rate.Per CDC 85% of COVID19 cases said they always wear a mask.Per CDC 94% of fatalities have about 2.5 underlying conditions.Per CDC Fatality rate by age:0-19 years: 0.0000320-49 years: 0.000250-69 years: 0.00570+ years: 0.054
