Just went to this Dunkin today (my first time ever) and I had a fantastic experience. The girl at the window was SUPER knowledgeable about the dairy free options. I’m breastfeeding my dairy allergic baby and she probably has no idea what that meant to me having someone who knew exactly what I should get to be safe for my baby. I wish I would of gotten her name so I could point her out. She was working the window at 12:15pm on 5/15.
Dunkin is great but this guy from Ohio with the grey keep is a a**. Forced his way in line. Almost hit my car. What a idiot.
This place never has anything lately. It’s alright when they actually have the stuff they’re displaying on the menu. They also have never answered their phone when I’ve called. Literally ever.
Went their yesterday to get a drink and when she handed me it I noticed their was no whipped cream so I thought ok no big deal but when I took a drink it was just coffee and milk iced drink I had order carmal iced coffee so that ended up being a wast of money ?
Pulled in to the drive through and got a dozen donuts staff was friendly and fast with service but the donuts tasted like they were not fresh as if it was from a day or two ago would probably not go back to this location
They are amazing I actually messed up on the app ans ordered too many drinks like a dumb dumb. The GM was super nice and help me get the correct food and drinks and refunded me the drinks I didn't need. I order there all the time ans they knew who I was ans thought it was strange I ordered so much. I really appreciate all they did for me today. The drinks are delicious!
My order wasn't correct, but they were quick and it was hot! I went during morning hours and realize people are human. I'll be back when I'm the area because, coffee!

This is my go-to Dunkin. I don't know how they get drinks and food out the window as fast as they do. Sometimes the line is completely wrapped around the building, and they still just keep pumping product out and keep everything moving. They seldom have mistakes with my orders, and I always have 3-4 drinks and one of mine is stupid complicated. The staff treats me like they know me. I drive out of the way to come here when there is a location less than half a mile from my house!
