Eta for delivery was 9:20 ive called multiple times checking on order status and its nearly 30 minutes past the time it was estimated and i still havnt gotten a answer over the phone or my order
Have order many times from this Donatos, The food is always good, and everyone there is friendly and works at a fast pace!Job well done!
Sitting here…waiting for my pizza that was supposed to come in 35 minutes…and now it’s been 1 hour. Oops showed up…cold and wrong toppings. Quit making excuses.
Pizza was burn on the bottom. Salad had something that felt like egg shells in it. Won’t be back.
They must be having a COVID staffing disaster because I waited over a half hour in the drive thru lane (building was locked tight) for a pizza I paid for in advance on their app. I'm done with them until at least after the pandemic, if they can't figure out a way to accommodate a fast and easy prepaid order pickup. Even on the phone with them during my wait they failed to answer and dropped my call.
Quick and easy pickup from their drive thru. Pizzas, Big Don's, and Cheryl cookies were great! Will be back.
Ordered pick up, which included an Italian side salad. AWFUL. Lettuce limp, brown and old. Yuck!
Just ate there first time. Pizza was fantastic! Possibly best I ever eat. Restrooms were filthy! Mold!
Soggy pizza. I have never had crisp pizza from this location. Flavor, toppings, delivery time are all fine, but they have a real problem with the cook on their pizza.
Very good pizza and service. I need to part ways with them for a bit, ate pizza 4 times in two weeks? not to mention their pizza re-heats VERY well ?
