So you claim to have IT problems so you had me pull into a spot instead of hanging at the drive thru and you said you'd walk it to me. Waited an hour and had to get it myself.Thanks for the empty promise and wasting my time. Never buying from this location again
Their dining room is never open every time I try to pick up a DoorDash order which is why I have never been back. Every time I drive by here it looks as if it’s abandoned.
WORST customer service ever!!! I was in the drive thru. They allowed the car in front of me to sit at the window for 15 minutes. If their food isn’t ready have them move away. When I finally got to the window it was 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I even yelled hello into the open window & nothing. So by the time I finally got my pizza it was cold. Last week I also ordered the cinnamon bread and it was burnt. I’m completely done with this place!!
The restaurant was clean and the pizza was hot and really good. Staff was very friendly.

I am just done with the delivery service of this location..I had an order a few weeks ago that we late, so I called and received a credit..tonite I decided to use the 30.00 credit and ended up paying almost 30.00 extra for more food. I was told 45-50 minutes..an hour and a half later the food finally shows up and at the wrong door again..I even asked the delivery guy if there was a message to deliver to the back door by the grill. and he said yes, but yet he delivered to the front door yet again..the front is not convenient for us to use which is why I say the back door..I will take my business elsewhere from now on, even tho I love the food at donatos or do pick ups at other locations
Really annoying how they make you use the drive through to pickup your food. I don’t like waiting for the guy in front of me to have his food cooked
They are always slow/behind. And ALWAY rude. I've never dealt with a nice associate. Highly, highly don't recommend spending your money here.
Placed my order with the app. Confirmed order when I arrived. Subs were made horribly. Boneless wings rubbery. Items on subs that were specified to be excluded. The subs were swimming in ranch on one and marinara on the other. Calling store now have been on hold for 30 minutes. Never had an issue with a pizza order but this order and customer support is ridiculous.
This review is solely on customer service that I have received from this location. I believe I spoke with Jose. He reached out to me multiple times about minor issues with my orders with such care and apologetic. As a customer, I extremely appreciate the upfront honesty that was given. He is definitely a great person to represent Donatos. I could tell that he was trying to do his best. Kudos on the professionalism.
