I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff and manager at the West Chester Dominos. They have came through for our first responders - not once, but twice this month!! Both very large orders. The first was for a training event where there were 65 very hungry firefighters who had been training all day. They got the pizza out the door and to the very confusing, crammed, and out of the way delivery destination. The second time was nothing short of amazing! I called and informed the manager that our food truck had just cancelled on us and we had less than an hour to get enough food to feed a very large number of people who were returning from a first responder benefit fundraiser. The crew at this domino’s had 20 pizzas ready in an hours time. They even called and informed me when the order was almost complete, so we knew to start heading their way. I could not be more impressed with the level of service we have received from the manager and his crew over the last month. On behalf of area first responders, 859 BoardUp and myself - thank you for all you have done, and all of your hard work. We look forward to ordering from your store again in the future.
WOW!!! The service is phenomenal! Matt- the Closing Manager- is a godsend! I had gotten off of a 12 hour shift at work and my order didn’t go through and I pulled to the window- and when I saw it didn’t go through he helped me right away! They do close at 11 so Google needs to update their times but they were amazing! Completely my fault because the order didn’t go through on my phone but it was sorted out amazing I got a fresh and hot pizza and it’s delicious! Thanks Matt!
Domino's dude's and dudette's have been rocking our house with hot Pizza for 18 years!! Killer store! Van Halen style!!! Thank you!!!!!
Recently ordered carryout from this location. Order incomplete. frustrating but not the end of the world. Called to have items replaced, but when I went to pick up again, this person at the counter, Matt becomes really combative. Tries to recharge me for complete order, when I say not entire order just this items, he becomes more belligerent, telling me he is the manager, he will not be spoken to like and child and threatens to throw me out. Repeatedly.i couldn't believe how unhinged it got. Even other employees were in disbelief. I reminded him there are cameras, and anyone could see our interaction, and I in noway was rude or even upset. He repeated to tell ke he was the manager and he would throw me out. Was really pretty funny. Not sure this person is qualified to be a manager or any part of any customer experience. Too many other pizza places to have to be subjected to this place.
12/29/21 Ordered extra toppings on a pizza and it came with regular amount and it came cold. I ordered a sandwich, ate it an hour after, and it was still warmer than the pizza when the pizza actually arrived. Then I called the store for a possible solution and they proceed to insist they followed store policy and were passive-agressively rude to me. Probably won't order from there ever again. Papa John's is closer anyhow
Haven't had Domino's since college and this location has been excellent every time. A+
The new twists and dips are amazing! We all loved them as an addition to our appetizer buffet! Pleasantly surprised!
Always have enjoyed their food.
I would recommend ordering from another location. Driver left with the wrong pizzas and instead of making new pizzas they just sent out the old pizzas that were sitting there. Order arrived absolutely cold and very late. Nothing but excuses about their screwup.
I ordered a 5 topping pizza with double bacon. But it barely had 1x bacon, so they offered to make me another oneHowever, when I came back, the new one was no better than the 1st. They told me, when you get multiples of the same topping, the amount of the extra topping is smaller. They never used to be so skimpy. If never even got a free item as advertised on tv. If you want to get what you want the first time, go to LaRosa's next door. It may cost more, but it's worth it.
