I love their burrito bowl, it's definitely not a burrito, but being I'm a messy eater (food just loves falling onto my clean clothes ?) I prefer this idea of a bowl instead (not that it's going to stop food from falling anywhere ?) My current favorite is the Pollo Asada! I wish they would keep that one & use it in place of their current chicken variety. I haven't eaten inside of this location, so I can't comment on the cleanliness of bathrooms, but what I can tell is that the dining area looked well kept, and the buffet style of ingredients that the employees have available to them looked well kept. The employees were friendly.

This place is a joke. Order online, wait 30 minutes. Order is canceled. Order again, wait 30 minutes, Order is canceled. Try customer service, all bots. Chat bot is worthless, all phone lines go to bots that can't tell you anything. 2 GD hours trying to Order some food and can't get a human on the phone or in a chat. Absolutely atrocious. Lost a customer for life.

I've never waited 35 minutes in line and watched a single employee do line, salsa, and cashier during dinner rush but I guess there's a first for everything.As a former Chipotle employee (different location) my experiences here have been terrible. With the way that this store is run it's surprising to me that it's still open. It's always DIRTY, employees have no motivation to serve customers even when there is a line out the door and it's constantly understaffed. After reading reviews it looks like there's new management which has made the quality of this store suffer. Don't waste your time or money and go somewhere else. I'm consistently having the same experience at this location so I will not be back.

Just an awful terrible location. We live a mile away and continue to try and they let us down. Our order tonight two meals for 29 bucks. Someone took our online order when they re made and brought it home it was obviously scraped from the bottom of the bowl only two pieces of burnt chicken. Bowl was supposed to be double meat it didn’t have one portion. Obviously the location didn’t want to make fresh food. Took it back more gas paid! Just got my money back people in line were getting scraps. Really bad quality and staff could care less! It won’t last on Tylersville!!!

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl they had no black beans and then ready to fill the pan they had no brown rice however they did refill that pan they had no fajita peppers and I asked if they were going to have some soon and I was told the peppers take too long to cook. Very disappointed in the whole ordeal. When this place first opened it was extremely good the last four or five times that we have gone it has been terrible. I will not go back again.

Cashier was VERY rude. I get 3 things on my bowl and she charged me an extra $1.10 for extra sour cream! I have been to multiple locations and never been charged. I will NOT be coming back to this location.

I got a steak burrito tonight. It was the first time I've been to this location. The people seemed friendly and attentive. There were probably 4 employees there. The place was as clean as you would expect. I arrived about 9pm.The burrito was not good. The brown rice was actually crunchy. It got to a point that I was just picking the steak out.But, even the steak wasn't good. I pulled 2 big pieces of gristle out of the burrito. Ive had several burritos from several local Chipotles and this was the worst. Maybe it was a fluke but the other reviews here lead me to believe it's not.

Wow.... Stopped by here on the back end of a snow emergency, they were short staffed and the girl making the burritos and cashing you out was calm and asked something I don't think I have ever been asked at Chipotle, does you bowl look good. Giving me a chance to add something else if I wanted to. That one line I heard her repeat time and time again. They should make this standard practice if it's not already, It made me feel good to know she cared about the food and presentation before I took ownership of it.

Service was fast and smooth despite being busy. It was your typical Chipotle food. I was very impressed by the employees, they were all very friendly despite being so busy.

My husband and I stopped in 1/21 and saw a crew struggling. The line was to the door and the line for mobile was to the door. Despite the line and the wait, we could clearly see staff trying. There was CONSTANT communication between the woman on the line, pretty sure her name was Olivia, and the rest of the crew. Even in a rush she directed her team to check their sanitary buckets and switch their gloves out. The mobile order runner, I believe their name was Alex??, was open with their line and communicated any delays. Were they out of some items? Sure, but one look at the line would have shown you how hard they tried. Meatless chorizo was awesome!
