Take the extra few minutes and drive to the chipotle down the road. This location is in a great area, but doesn’t fit the area. Horrible service. They will skimp you on serving sizes and throw a fit when you ask for more. Very unprofessional staff. They have clowns running the show in there, per the lady’s multicolored hair. Very professional ??
This review is for Chipotle on union center Blvd. For the past week I have been going to this location and almost everyday they don't have either chicken, guacamole, tomatoes, or pretty much most of the other ingredients. Corporate management should look into this location, please close this store if it cannot be managed
Does this Chipotle does not open for lunch anymore? This is the third time I’ve arrived at 11:30 on a weekday and with the doors locked and a sign hanging saying “Sorry we are closed.” The manager needs to update their hours.
Ive worked at chipotle before, it isnt that hard. Its can be stressful though. With that said this Chipotle Sucks. I drive for living and of the 6 or 7 times ive come to this location they have been either closed, out of a menu item or they are in the middle of shutting down. They gave me a bag of chips that had maybe 6 chips in it. The standards are very low here, at least on the closing side anyway. Im normally there between 630p and 730p, their is absolutely no reason for them to be cleaning to close at those hours. Again ive worked at Chipotle. Everything ive seen the times ive been there is a management issue.New management is needed...
Terrible service. “We are closing at 3” when we went in there at 2 pm. All chairs on the tables and other guests seated in that area. We started to take chairs down to eat and a lady opened the door and bellowed “the only part of the waiting room open is over there” (the high tops by the trash can). We sat at the high tops and another staff member came out and tossed the chairs back on the table that we had removed so loudly we thought it was a gun shot. All staff members wearing AirPods and on their phones. Chipotle should have less locations and have great locations instead of these understaffed poorly managed locations. We will not return to this location.
Da out of white rice and didn’t cook anymore. Brown rice tasted like a slice of lime. Won’t eat here again.
This will be my last time at Chipotle. This is the 3rd bad experience ive had with the chain. Their quality of food has gone down the tubes. This time, the salad lettuce was out and he stated they were just using that at the end of the line. I got more than half a cup of water in my " salad " bowl. The salad dressing wasnt even a tablespoon. It got lost in all the water that my food was in also taking out any warmth my food would have possessed. I had to ask for more. There were 2 soda fountain spigots out of order. So done. It was a good ride chipotle before you got complacent.
Not polite at all! I walked in and the worker said they were out of cheese, which was ok. I then ordered and she was like is white rice ok?! I was gonna order white anyways but if I would’ve wanted brown I would of expected to have it especially since it was only 6:30pm. She was rude the whole time! Plus I wanted guacamole but apparently they didn’t have that either or she was just too lazy to get a new one out ?♀️!
If you’re ordering from delivery DON’T or even Pick up. They will scam you. Make sure you’re there while they’re making the food, I ordered a bowl with everything. All I got was a bowl with nothing but chicken.. what a shame
The ABSOLUTE WORST location to visit in the Cincinnati-Dayton area. Visited on Christmas Eve, around 13:30. 5 people working. They were all unfriendly, RUDE, and unattentive to my order. My bowls were made VERY SLOPPY. I requested double meat portions on both bowls, only to be argued down about it. I was the only customer at the time in the store. Most of everything else I requested was completely ignored. They were more focused on closing at 14:30, than serving customers currently in the store. I will NEVER return to this location, and, I advise others not to do so. That is, if you value your time and money.
