Nasty. Staff are rude. Drink machine was broken the manager told us we were lying. A pathetic excuse for a manager. The other staff were just as rude. Store needs to be gutted and they need to bring in new staff or close down. I grew up in that area went to that burger king all the time used to be a great place to eat. No more. These people need to be reminded who pays they're paycheck without the customer and word of mouth that location will cease to exist I worked in fast food for 12 years 6 as a manger I was shocked and disappointed. With all the other dining options around avoid this store at all costs.
Front counter wait staff and management are friendly fast and courteous recommend this BK TO ANY ONE!! GLAD TO SEE PEOPLE SMILING AT WORK!!
The jalapeño cheddar bites were really good, but we got 2 Whopper Jr's that were as cold as if they had been left outside in the 30° weather. We could feel the cold through the paper! My sister asked me if it seemed like it was taken out of the fridge, had cheese popped on it, and wrapped. Yes. They were that cold! The cheese was not melted on the burger, either, so it did seem it was added as an afterthought, not prepared with the cheese on it.We won't be back.
Hands down worst fountain coke I've had in a long time. I got charged $2.49 for undrinkable soda. Gross. Something is very incorrect here and no it's not diet. Taste like syrup mixed with dirty river water. And no napkins. Can't help but giving 1 star for an order like that at 330pm with barely any customers.
The food was hot and yummy and customer service at drive thru was great.
We enjoy hot fresh food and friendly staff, we often go here when in the area because they have been reliable for us.
Very nice employees for the most part, ONLY thing is when i gave them $100 bill they shorted me $10 but the manager made it RIGHT!!! LOVE their ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWHICH!!! & they ALWAYS have good deals!!!!
If I could give this place a 0 I would. My husband went to get lunch for us, he asked for 2 cheeseburgers ONLY ketchup for the kids, and a bacon doublecheeseburger for me. This Burger King, gave 2 whopper JR.s instead and 1 crumb piece of bacon on my burger. And instead of giving fries they gave us extra nuggets. They truly messed up. I dont know what is going through their head, but I used to work at burgerking, they need new staff there.
They put cheese on my wife's Whopper after I told them not to. My onion rings were old and way too hard. The staff was friendly though.Side note - why is every Burger King kept with the A/C on full blast? We are not big fans of keeping our winter coats on to eat. And yes, this is at EVERY Burger King we have been in anywhere near us. No more BK until summer I suppose.
This place has taken a dive into the horrible pool. Over the past couple months the service here absolutely sucks. All around, I have nothing positive to say. I used to come here every day to get my fries, and iced coffee. Back when it was probably the best BK I've ever been to. Now, I have to wait minimal time 30 minutes to get my order, the food quality is poor, typically cold, and there is a lack of friendliness. Please fix this.
